The Shrimp Spring rolls were premade and just lacking flavor. The dipping sauce was thin. The beef pho had lots of meat and the basil and limes were fresh but it left an after taste just not sure what it was almost a gamey taste. This location gets great reviews but both myself and my other party did not enjoy the meal. I guess you can try it for yourself but for $42 (two bowel of beef Pho, Shrimp Spring rolls, one ice tea and one water) for lunch. I just don't think we would return. I was still craving some good Pho and the wife had to choose carefully with her choices of food since she was pregnant. Luckily we were able to compromise with this place since they had a good review and selection of spring rolls my wife can choose from and tolerate. This review will break down by topics. Establishment & Service: Very clean and well kept small Asian-Pho restaurant and I say Asian bc they have different dishes of the Asian culture but main attraction and search would be Pho. Place was super easy to find and easy to get around. Much cleaner and homey than other Pho establishments here in Wichita Falls. We were greeted right when we came in by a nice gentlemen and we sat wherever we liked and open. The gentlemen was super nice and served us immediately with water for our table with a pitcher to fulfill our water consumption. Then left us alone until we were ready to order; always keeping an eye on us when we were ready not over hovering. The menu was very organized and simple. Nothing too drastic and overwhelming for confusion. Plus, the gentlemen was able to assist in any questions we had. Food & drinks: The food came out looking amazing and it was delivered to our table quite fast, but again we were the few small customers at the time, but still it was fast service. The gentlemen was more than able to Asis with condiments and extra things we request for. Pho Beef Special #17 I liked that they only kept one size bowl and suggested if they need to be split they can provide an extra small bowl. The broth was too sweet for my taste and I didn't see any chili oil; so ask for that if you're into a bit spiced taste. The gentlemen also gave me a sauce that looked like Yum-Yum Sauce but he claimed it to be spicy. It wasn't. The veggies to the were fresh and tasteful. Part of the mix it says steak (had that) beef balls (had that) and tendons (I didn't get any, I kept looking and looking none. So I was sad abt that, but didn't want to bother them more than we did but I expected at least a few pieces. Egg Fried Rice: The meal was cooked to perfection, but still to sweet for my taste but my daughter loved it so did my younger boy. They did put a side of soy sauce if your liking your rice with a darker taste so very thoughtful to keep it neutral unless you wanted that food sodium. Hahah Korean Corn Dog: Didn't get a taste but my young boy devoured it so I was happy that he enjoyed it, last Korean Corn Dog he ate he didn't finished so good on them with this one! Beef Stir Fry Noodles: My wife enjoyed her dish, she claims it to be 4/5 on her taste levels. So awesome, I didn't try it bc I didn't want it Fried Fish Balls: They were as awesome as you can make it and the sweet chili sauce was always on point! Pricey but worth it! Enjoyed every bit and so did my 2 year old. #21 (I don't remember the name) My two older ones split this bowl and they devoured it so I'm not gonna complain nor say anymore to it. It looked good, had a good portion of everything it says it would provide and the Odon Noodles were plentiful! Green Thai Tea w/ Boba: DELICIOUS! I should've gotten this instead. Kiwi Smoothie: I am not a fan! I taste more smoothie than Kiwi and I was not expecting a vanilla base drink. I gave that immediately to my kids bc I'm not a fan of it. Tofu Spring Rolls: My wife usual does Shrimp but wasn't feeling into it at the moment so she went Tofu. She tolerated it, but it was very simple. She asked for it to be veggie like, but only got lettuce and clear noodle; nothing else. Again very simple. Usual veggie roll we're use to have lettuce, basil, carrot shreds, noodle, and onion. This did not have that. She also said the peanut sauce was very sweet. Recommendations: Menu - add a little note stating add questions if or how you like certain dishes bc some dishes we expected some things to be there that wasn't in other Asian dishes were use too. Explained in the comments above. Overall, our first time here was not unpleasant but also not over the top where I'd give a higher review of 4 or 5 Yelp review. Food was awesome, service was awesome, and the establishment was clean and not too pricey. If you do plan on eating here, the service is more than welcomed to assist in your dishes to make it what you want without being overwhelmed. We will definitely be back to try some other dishes. Looks like they just opened today so are offering a 10% discount which is their journal military discount so Yay! The place is clean and family owned, they have a variety of Viet snacks and drinks inside besides the food in their menu. I ordered the Special beef pho, BBQ pork vermicelli, and a durian smoothie to go. Everything was prepared well and nothing spilled on my way home. Personally I found the fish sauce and egg roll to be a bit sweet. I though the oho6broth was a bit off, but when I mixed everything together, I very much enjoyed it. WOW Very surprised by this spot. First off we have had Pho all over and have worked side by side with the top chef and food expert in Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. When we walked in I was put off by the strong smell of fish sauce and the little market in front seemed out of place. We started with three apps then ordered two bowls of Pho, a fried rice dish and a noodle dish. Everything was so good that we felt as though we were sitting back in San Francisco eating by the ocean. 3.5 Came here to try something new. The customer service was really good. The spring rolls were yummy. Bathrooms and Restaurant area was kept nice and neat as well. The tempura shrimp batter was pretty thick, so I ended up pulling it off. The pho was really different from any place I have tried and I love Pho!!! Here you don't get any additional veggies or limes which is fine. I tried the meat and none of it had any flavor, just tasted like lightly boiled, so I didn't eat anymore meat and focused on the noodles that had a tight ball like situation. Guess they were waiting to get warmed up in the soup to release. This place had ton on the menu, but Pho sure I will not be coming back for soup lol. They do have a military discount with valid I.D. I am always really impressed with a Vietnamese restaurant when I don't need to add a bunch of sriracha/lime juice to their broth. This broth was so good and so fresh, did not need any additions! We tried: Spring rolls- So good, very fresh Egg rolls/Crab Rangoon- I prefer more filling and less of the rice paper, but the taste was very authentic Fried rice- Recommend, very good and the sweet sauce on the side was something I hadn't tried before! Rice noodle with pork- Again, broth was delicious and all components appear to be house-made. If you don't like cilantro, you could ask them to hold the cilantro, but I loved it. Their house-made jerky- If you have absolutely no time for any of this other awesome food, dear god at least eat their amazing house made spicy jerky. To be honest, I'm not even sure it's jerky but I am eating it straight and it's amazing- sweet, spicy, chewy. I will add a picture below. Overall, I have no reservations in saying that this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Wichita Falls. I am very happy this place opened up and look forward to the next meal. read more

Was such a good little place. Special Pho: Broth was good and had such bright flavors. All the meat was seasoned fo perfection. Never had tendon before and I was expecting it to be chewy but it melted in my mouth. Bulgogi dumplings: seasoned amazingly and the wrap had a perfect crunch to it. Born and raised in Wichita Falls, then moved to Dallas area 15 years ago and back again to visit after many years and craved pho one late morning. Honestly there isn't much pho places in Dallas that has impressed me except one place, and let me tell you, this place really impressed me upon first sip, savory and flavorful broth down to the last drop. The meat was a little bit on the dry side today, but I could look past that with the flavorful broth. Hands down the best Pho place in town. I mean I rarely have pho that isn't right when it comes to them. The broth is 9 times out of 10 made right. Not too salty and has deep flavor. Recently they have added just a little more noodle in their meals and now I can never finish it (and I'm a big guy!). Well worth the drive and money. Plus its not expensive which is also a big plus! I usually get the all beef pho and my wife gets here without the meat balls and we get the kids their own and also some spring rolls. Man them spring rolls are soooo good. Reminds me of the pho place in Las Vegas they make them the same exact way and they taste the exact same. It's a spot that is in our rotation a few times a month for sure. 've gone here on two different occasions. On my first trip I had an hour until I had to go to an appointment down the block so I figured getting some pho would be perfect since normally at other restaurants it comes out super quick. I sat down and instantly ordered my pho and ended up walking out after 45 minutes without eating since I had to get to my appointment. I have never had to wait over 20 minutes to get pho let alone 45 and still not have it. There was only 3 other tables there one of which had arrived after me and the other two tables had a total of maybe 6-8 people. On my second visit I once again ordered my pho and got it IMMEDIATELY. They gave me my pho 10 minutes after I ordered it which is a completely normal amount of time. My husband got a bbq pork sandwich and he said it was alright and he enjoyed the eggrolls we got. I only ate the meat out of my pho because whatever they had put in it left it with a weirdly chemical sweetness that I couldn't place and no amount of salt, lime juice, or sriracha could mask the taste.
