Very impressed with this little restaurant. Good service! I liked the little "store" up front where you can find a few authentic Asian ingredients. Cute, small restaurant but we were seated right away and brought cups with ice and a pitcher of water. That was very nice. The waiters were nice and helpful. The food was amazing and I was very impressed with the pho broth. I am pretty picky when I comes to my pho and this was better than most. Must better than other options in Wichita for sure!

Looks like they just opened today so are offering a 10% discount which is their journal military discount so Yay! The place is clean and family owned, they have a variety of Viet snacks and drinks inside besides the food in their menu. I ordered the Special beef pho, BBQ pork vermicelli, and a durian smoothie to go. Everything was prepared well and nothing spilled on my way home. Personally I found the fish sauce and egg roll to be a bit sweet. I though the oho6broth was a bit off, but when I mixed everything together, I very much enjoyed it. I just wish they had banh mi because after that one banh mi placed closed in town, there really isn't anywhere else in town to get it. Try it out and support local folks! Oh and their menu is online https://qr1.be/H31D

loved this small business! one man manning most of the service did great despite the business being busy. the wait was about 45 minutes which idk if it was an off day or came at a wrong time. food wise, pho was delicious, wasn't a fan of the meatballs but the steak slices were yummy! crab rangoons and bulgogi dumplings were great as well! especially the crab rangoons (: my boyfriend loved the banh mi too!!

3.5 Came here to try something new. The customer service was really good. The spring rolls were yummy. Bathrooms and Restaurant area was kept nice and neat as well. The tempura shrimp batter was pretty thick, so I ended up pulling it off. The pho was really different from any place I have tried and I love Pho!!! Here you don't get any additional veggies or limes which is fine. I tried the meat and none of it had any flavor, just tasted like lightly boiled, so I didn't eat anymore meat and focused on the noodles that had a tight ball like situation. Guess they were waiting to get warmed up in the soup to release. This place had ton on the menu, but Pho sure I will not be coming back for soup lol. They do have a military discount with valid I.D. If you love Vietnamese food and want to try something new, give them a try. I may have just picked a few of the wrong items today.

I am always really impressed with a Vietnamese restaurant when I don't need to add a bunch of sriracha/lime juice to their broth. This broth was so good and so fresh, did not need any additions! We tried: Spring rolls- So good, very fresh Egg rolls/Crab Rangoon- I prefer more filling and less of the rice paper, but the taste was very authentic Fried rice- Recommend, very good and the sweet sauce on the side was something I hadn't tried before! Rice noodle with pork- Again, broth was delicious and all components appear to be house-made. If you don't like cilantro, you could ask them to hold the cilantro, but I loved it. Their house-made jerky- If you have absolutely no time for any of this other awesome food, dear god at least eat their amazing house made spicy jerky. To be honest, I'm not even sure it's jerky but I am eating it straight and it's amazing- sweet, spicy, chewy. I will add a picture below. Overall, I have no reservations in saying that this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Wichita Falls. I am very happy this place opened up and look forward to the next meal.

Was such a good little place. Special Pho: Broth was good and had such bright flavors. All the meat was seasoned fo perfection. Never had tendon before and I was expecting it to be chewy but it melted in my mouth. Bulgogi dumplings: seasoned amazingly and the wrap had a perfect crunch to it. Wish there was at least 1 more dumpling, otherwise, pure perfection. Already recommended it to a few friends.

Born and raised in Wichita Falls, then moved to Dallas area 15 years ago and back again to visit after many years and craved pho one late morning. Honestly there isn't much pho places in Dallas that has impressed me except one place, and let me tell you, this place really impressed me upon first sip, savory and flavorful broth down to the last drop. The meat was a little bit on the dry side today, but I could look past that with the flavorful broth. I'd highly recommend going here if you're in the area craving something hot and delicious, especially on a cold day.

Shrimp Tempura. The batter was crunchy yet oh so light.

I would have expected to find this spectacular noodle house in Chinatown in New York City at a much higher price point. The staff was prompt and attentive. For an appetizer, I ordered the Soup Dumplings that were excellent! Juicy and tasty! For my entree, I ordered the Pan-fried Sliced Noodle with Beef... OMG! I mean there was a chef actually making the fresh sliced noodles BY HAND in the open kitchen. The Sliced Noodles come with your choice of protein, plus eggs, Chinese cabbage, onion, bean sprouts, celery, carrots, and scallions. I assume this is their signature dish... a steal at $14.99! Run do not wok (pun intended) to the Fun Noodle Bar! I cannot wait to eat there again... Will I will try the Sliced Noodle Soup with Beef, the Roasted Pork Rib Noodle Soup, or one of their tempting variet of Ramen? IDK!

However, coming back today I would definitely not return. We started with the steamed dumplings. They were mushy instead of a nice steamed texture as if they had been sitting in water for an extended (emphasis on EXTENDED) period of time, which should have warned us what was to come. The noodles in our ramen appeared old with different pieces having different textures (soggy/mushy & stale). Everything was lack luster, the service was okay, however my breaking point was seeing one charge via my bank account and seeing another on my receipt. This place needs to find a new cook, freshly make their food, and lock in before they don't last long.

It is a little bit on the tired side, but what makes this place a hit is that the food is fresh and made to order . They do a tremendous amount of takeout as it was continual throughout the lunch. While I was there. They have a drive-through option as well. You can hear the chef the owner back in the kitchen preparing each meal when you come it does take a little bit of time. Prepare yourself because everything is freshly made to order when I mean that I don't mean like 40 minutes. I just mean an extra 5 to 7 more minutes because again it's made to order they bring one plate to the table at a time as it comes off the grill or it comes out of the stove. It comes over to the table steaming hot. If you're a soup lover, this is fantastic because your soup is literally right off the stove. I ordered the beef pho which had a delicious broth that had meatballs and steak in it along with green onions. For the side was bean sprouts and jalapeños I would've loved to have had some basil, but they did not have it on this day. The flavor was fabulous and seasoned to perfection. It was a smaller bowl, but it was perfectly balanced with delicious noodles. It was served by the chef herself who was friendly and inviting. Hard-working crew in here on this day, my companion had the chicken fried rice. They commented the chicken was tender and well seasoned just like the kind you would have overseas. The fried rice was fluffy and flavorful. You could see the vegetables and large pieces of egg which sometimes you're very difficult. This rice was not oily and heavy at all difficult to eat with chopsticks so you definitely would need your regular utensils for it because it was very fluffy. This location is near the Altus Air Force Base. There was a steady stream of servicemen coming for pick up and some dining in. This is definitely a fan favorite in this town and I can see why this receives such high reviews. I highly recommend recommended and will return.
