When you first walk in you can smell a wonderful aroma. You know you're in the right location for sure. It's a seat yourself open lobby with booths and tables. I went with another person right at the peak lunch hour and it was busy. The wait staff was hustling. We were greeted within moments for our drink order. Both ordering an unsweetened tea. They serve limes here with tea but the were fresh and juicy when they arrived with the tea. She took our order immediately. We ordered a spring roll order with two rolls. They also have a 4 roll order. They come with shrimp and pork inside. I thought they were very fresh. I like mine with more vegetables because I like a little crunch but they were simply delicious. The peanut sauce was thick with peanuts on top. So good! Our bowels of chicken Pho Ga came next. They have three sizes on their soups ...small, large and extra large. We chose small. When we ordered we were given a choice of dark or white meat or mixed. Our Pho Ga arrived hot, with clear flavorful broth. Onions and scallions floating with lots of chicken and rice vermicelli noodles. Each bowl comes with a huge plate of bean sprouts, jalapeños, and a big sprig of super fresh Thai basil. On the table sits a spinning rack with chili sauce, hoisin sauce, soup, spoons, and chopsticks. You have to request different silverware. If you'd like it they do bring you extra napkins when they serve your food, which is nice. I took a break before I ate my soup and scanned the restaurant. It was filling up fast. Everyone seemed to be ordering some type of soup. There was a mixture of families and some business luncheon associates and a nice mixture of what I would call Asian regulars, which always makes me feel very comfortable again. The weight staff was fast and very attentive. I already knew that I would be back. The menu is underneath the glass on the table so you can scan it while you're waiting and also while you're eating and make a decision about what you will be eating on your next visit. I will be back for Bún bò Huế on my next visit so stay tuned for review of that national favorite. This little restaurant is the real deal if you want good fresh authentic Vietnamese, although I've only had the Pho this is your stop for this area. I'll post just a few photos as there are many already for this location., and has a side note you can get in and out of this place very quickly if you need to if you're on a lunch break, I will be back for the dinner hour at some point and see what the atmosphere is like in the evening as they are open till 9 PM. Came here with my kid because it is one of those places that you always know that you're gonna get a great meal at. Period the customer service is always great and the staff is constantly busing tables comment to ensure people have places to sit and eat. Depending on what you get, it is about $15-$20 per person their spring roll but eat them with soy sauce instead of the peanut butter sausage comes with. It is about two for six dollars right now. Any drink size water is about four dollars and the soups come in small or large and a large is very big. I like to add a little bit of chili sauce to my noodles to give it an extra pop of flavor. COCKROACH BAD SERVICE When we first walked in, we were told we could sit anywhere, but almost every table still had leftover food from the last customers. Only two tables were clean enough to use. After we sat down, no one came to us for quite a while. When a server finally did show up, she took our order, but another table that had been there longer was still waiting. To make matters worse, as I looked down, I noticed a cockroach. At first I thought it was dead and even took a picture, but then my husband saw it moving. Absolutely disgusting. I was welcomed to try this legit Vietnamese restaurant and am happy to confirm it being good! The staff care for guests eating indoor, constantly making sure cups are refilled and meals are good. While the food is legit, I cannot give a five star review, as I noticed the amount of meat was very little for my large bowl order. Additionally, the basil I had on my plate was chemically smelling and old with blackened leaves. For the price of $37 plus tip, I would say my meal was decent but something I won't try again. We were visiting and decided to stop by to try out this spot. I had the chicken pho. There was option for white meat, dark meat or a mix. It threw me off guard, I was never asked that before. I love this place! The food is consistent and delicious, and the staff is always lovely. I feel lucky to have this gem in Wichita Falls.

I actually give them ZERO stars. BUT I couldn't post this without at least giving them one. I have been a patron of this restaurant since they opened. I'm sad to say many times (almost every time in the last couple years) they have forgotten to put something in my order. Whether it be the vegetables that go with my soup, or my egg rolls, or fried egg... something is always missing. And you can be sure I was charged for the missing items every time. Oh... and when you call them to let them know, they say, "plz come back to our store, and we'll give you the egg rolls." This place is 20 minutes away - so their mistake not only cost me in 40 minutes of time, but in the expense of gas. Have we seen the gas prices these days? Today is the last straw. Not only did they forget my egg rolls, as usual - which they charged me $9 for, but to add insult to injury, what used to cost me $27 before tax, NOW COSTS $50‼ I used their Yelp menu to place my order. Imagine my surprise to get a $54 charge (w/ tax) Are you kidding me???? I suggested they change their menu on Yelp to reflect the new prices. At the very least they can take a photo of the so-called sign and post it. But I was told they have no control over Yelp, They don't even claim their store on Yelp, so apparently they have no clue what they can control and what they can't. But they have a sign up in the store that says something to the affect of "our prices have gone up 10% due to the economy." You do the math - is $50 a 10% price increase from $27⁉ Looks to me as though the price nearly doubled. Mind you, this sign was pointed out to me over the phone. AND, I placed the order OVER THE PHONE when I initially called. So someone, plz tell me, how I was supposed to see this sign? A friend picked up my order for me. It's not their job to question the price. While I have enjoyed the food, the aggravation just isn't worth it. I will no longer be eating or ordering from here. JUST NOT WORTH IT. read more

Amazing food! Service is great too! Prices are a little more expensive then most pho places but then again all prices are rising. We have been here before when we travelled through Wichita Falls not sure why I did not post a review. The pho here is great! The broth is among the best we have had. I like the fact that you can build your own, if you so desire. Yes, they are not the cheapest, but it is worth it! I had tendon pho with added Napa cabbage. The hubs had fatty and lean brisket pho with Napa cabbage. Both were delicious. We also had tofu spring rolls which were fresh and tasty. The hubs had Vietnamese coffee (Cafe su da). It had that great slightly bitter flavor with a sweet finish. Yum. We will be back next time we pass through here. read more

Best Viet food I've had since we lived in Houston. I ordered the meatball pho and the broth was the best I've ever had. So full of flavor, not overly salty, and I didn't even need to add anything to it (hot sauce, soy, etc). The meatballs were good, not too chewy, and all the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The noodles weren't mushy. The small was plenty big, I can't imagine ordering anything larger My husband got the vermicelli with pork and eggrolls. This was really delicious, he was very impressed. The pork had so much charred flavor. The eggrolls were good, but I'm not really into fried eggrolls, I'm more of a spring roll lady. Service was great, very quick. Reasonably priced. I've been feeling a little under the weather so I have Pho two days in a row. Pho was pretty good and so was the service. I had the Pho gah with beef broth. The broth was so amazing!! It was one of the best tasting broths I've had! I was however, disappointed with the noodles; they were all stuck together. Also the chicken had cartilage and some of it was chewy. I've actually had this dish here a lotttt, but this last order was the absolute best B-01 I've had from Pho Viet. They've all been amazing, but this one was phenomenal!! Brought my dad here one day while running errands in the area. What a great find! Dad had never had pho before, so it was nice to be able to give him an authentic experience. He had chicken and I had brisket pho. Both were delicious with all the fixings: lime, mint leaves, bean sprouts, and all the spices and sauces you need. The restaurant was busy at lunchtime, filled mostly with younger professionals and college students, but we were able to find a seat with no problem. The green tea came out piping hot, so I let it steep a little longer before pouring my first cup. The restaurant is nice and spacious, though it looks like the building management has not done a good job preventing roof leaks since there are water spots throughout the ceiling. When you're done, no need to wait for the check, just approach the host stand and they'll check you out there. Very friendly service--definitely check it out! read more

I recommend for your first try to get the Pho Dac Biet (P-01), there most popular dish. Its a six beef noodle soup. Be sure to add the veggies from the side dish to enhance the taste experience. Don't forget to order some Cha Gio (A-03), by far the best egg rolls in Wichita Falls. If you ate egg rolls at Polynesian Gardens here in town about 20 years ago ... this is that recipe today. I've also had the Com Suon Thit Nuong Tom Trung op la (C-01). A delicious plate with a combo of marinated Pork and pork chop, accompanied by a skewer of grilled shrimp along with rice and a fried over easy egg on top. I tried this place and was very impressed. The quality is very good, and the pho was great. They have a limited menu, so I stuck with a beef pho, some rice, and Thai iced tea. The Tea was excellent and refreshing. The pho was really good, but not spicy enough at level 4, so I added some sriracha ,pepper flakes, and jalapenos. We also added mushrooms, and it comes with bean sprouts as well. The portion was large, definitely enough for two people. The quality was really good though, flavorful broth and excellent noodles.
