OK, as a California gal, my standard for Asian food is quite high. This place is good enough and warranted a second visit while we were in town. If I were to be in Lawton again, I would come back to this place and yes, I do recommend stopping by. Their pho is better here than the other place we tried. My mom had it twice and the second time, we asked for extra noodles and indeed, they provided! Their Tom Yum soup is different... but not bad. It does have the sour taste as expected but there are more vegetables in it like carrot and spinach, which I can appreciate. The General Tso beef was good! I enjoyed the spicy level 5. I highly recommend this. Yes, spicy level 5 has a kick ;) Spring rolls weren't bad and I like to pair it with their peanut sauce with extra sriracha. I also recommend their steamed baos! So soft and baked well. I did not order any drinks so cannot speak to that. Parking is easy. We parked in front both times. Location in an area near a donut shop and a Korean restaurant. I didn't use the bathroom but my mom said it was clean. Service is good. The girls are friendly and food comes out fast. The restaurant is connected to a market, which I did not visit, so I cannot speak on that. This place is probably a staple here in Lawton. Its red walls add to its character and I do hope for continued success for Red Pepper. Keep doing what you're doing!

Wife and I came here while in town...it's limited seating and at times packed. We shared some fried egg rolls which were delicious, hot & fresh. Wife had the beef sticks which are amazing, tender and flavorful. The rice was sticky and moist. I have the red pepper chicken without jalapeños, it has a nice crunch texture that is flavorful to the palate. The service was semi slow but still the food is good enough to come back.

This is my go to restaurant in Lawton and for good reason. The portions are always big, the price is affordable, and the service is speedy. I always get the Red Pepper Chicken, and their General Tso's Chicken is good too. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. There is plenty of seating, and the restaurant is generally quiet. Next door is a small Asian market which is worth checking out while you wait for your food. Expect to see lots of people coming in and out to get their takeout! Did I mention they have the best boba in town? Their boba is actually chewy and perfectly made, and they have a variety of boba drinks. Definitely try their Dirty Boba Drink or Taro Smoothie. 10/10, I'd come again whenever I'm in Lawton/Fort Sill!

OMG!! Super flavorful food, I'm absolutely in love. We ordered the chicken pad Thai spice level 2 which was a good amount of heat to explode those flavors even more. The red pepper combo came with shrimp, chicken, and beef. The shrimp were not as big as pictured and a little over cooked (only downfall) however, the crispiness of the beef and chicken were perfect. The flavor was absolutely amazing. Even when I was full I just kept eating more. It is a little pricey but worth it, I had enough for leftovers even though at first glance I thought it wasn't a good portion for the price. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. They no longer have the the crab boils which is why I wanted to go there in the first place. I hope they bring them back because if this food was good I can only imagine how the seafood would taste. Please consider it!!! Lol. Cannot wait to return.

I've been reluctant in trying Red Pepper, and now want to kick myself in the butt for not trying it sooner. First off, it's a small business and warm atmosphere! Service was great, and very patient with me as i browsed their menu for a good while. I decided to go with the original "red pepper chicken" and was not disappointed. It was flavorful, sweet but had a bit of a bite, and juicy! Chicken wasn't over cooked or dry. The fried rice was a great addition. My fiancé ordered the garlic shrimp and was in hog heaven. The garlic sauce was perfectly tangy with that garlic punch. Shrimp was cooked nicely- not rubbery. We also got the appetizer combo. The Gyoza was great, but the crab Rangoon was my favorite! You could see the fresh cut green onions in it. So much more than just some deep fried cream cheese. Overall was a wonderful experience. Prices are definitely a bit more than traditional takeout - but was worth it to us.

This is our go to when we want quality food. It's flavorful and authentic. This food is worth the wait. I always order their Thai Chicken Curry. They literally make an individual serving right when I order it. It's a small owned restaurant with a decent amount of tables and clear view into their clean kitchen. I love that they keep the door open to the Global Food Market next door which they also own. If you order to go you can peruse their market side while you wait. The prices have increased slightly with the inflation to maintain the quality of their food. I appreciate that when other places food has noticeably declined while still increasing their prices. We recently tried their Honey BBQ chicken. This is not on the menu and was delicious! I love that they like to create new dishes and explore new culinary ideas. We will continue to come back and support this restaurant!

Extra crispy wings traditional were to die for!! And their special sauce was amazing

Too expensive for the amount of food you get. I can go down the street and pay less for more.

We don't get to Lawton often but we seek this place out first when we do. This is our first time in their new location which seems to be a better spot for them - more space and it's a much newer building. Decor is still essentially the same at their new space - various Asian art throughout the space, however, new location is a little less intimate with a lot more tables, hard surfaces (cement floor), and noisier due to higher ceilings. Food: Still the fattest and freshest summer rolls with the most kicking peanut sauce ever! Tom Kha Jay is still the best here with the added veggies like broccoli and those amazing little mushrooms in the best coconut broth I've ever had. Tom Yum is also excellent here- tangy and spicy. We both got green curry- because they have the best green curry sauce in the world- my date had it with chicken which was good quality, and appeared to be primarily breast meat. My curry was with tofu which was firm and lightly browned and chewy on the edges, super yummy! Service is still wonderful- and a lot more folks are working in this bigger spot than the old one! We enjoyed the service and prices are still very good with such big portions. Each entree could be 3 meals! Cannot recommend more highly! Please keep them busy so they'll still be around next time we visit!

I went with another person right at the peak lunch hour and it was busy. The wait staff was hustling. We were greeted within moments for our drink order. Both ordering an unsweetened tea. They also have a 4 roll order. They come with shrimp and pork inside. I thought they were very fresh. I like mine with more vegetables because I like a little crunch but they were simply delicious. The peanut sauce was thick with peanuts on top. So good! Our bowels of chicken Pho Ga came next. They have three sizes on their soups ...small, large and extra large. We chose small. When we ordered we were given a choice of dark or white meat or mixed. Our Pho Ga arrived hot, with clear flavorful broth. Onions and scallions floating with lots of chicken and rice vermicelli noodles. Each bowl comes with a huge plate of bean sprouts, jalapeños, and a big sprig of super fresh Thai basil. On the table sits a spinning rack with chili sauce, hoisin sauce, soup, spoons, and chopsticks. You have to request different silverware. If you'd like it they do bring you extra napkins when they serve your food, which is nice. I took a break before I ate my soup and scanned the restaurant. It was filling up fast. Everyone seemed to be ordering some type of soup. There was a mixture of families and some business luncheon associates and a nice mixture of what I would call Asian regulars, which always makes me feel very comfortable again. The weight staff was fast and very attentive. I already knew that I would be back. The menu is underneath the glass on the table so you can scan it while you're waiting and also while you're eating and make a decision about what you will be eating on your next visit. It is a little bit on the tired side, but what makes this place a hit is that the food is fresh and made to order . They do a tremendous amount of takeout as it was continual throughout the lunch. Prepare yourself because everything is freshly made to order when I mean that I don't mean like 40 minutes. I just mean an extra 5 to 7 more minutes because again it's made to order they bring one plate to the table at a time as it comes off the grill or it comes out of the stove. It comes over to the table steaming hot. If you're a soup lover, this is fantastic because your soup is literally right off the stove. I ordered the beef pho which had a delicious broth that had meatballs and steak in it along with green onions. For the side was bean sprouts and jalapeños I would've loved to have had some basil, but they did not have it on this day. The flavor was fabulous and seasoned to perfection. It was a smaller bowl, but it was perfectly balanced with delicious noodles. It was served by the chef herself who was friendly and inviting. This rice was not oily and heavy at all difficult to eat with chopsticks so you definitely would need your regular utensils for it because it was very fluffy.
