In Lawton visiting and this Panda was the worst I've ever decided to get. Customer service at the drive through was lacking horribly. She was rude. Asked for a drink carried 4 times. Definitely one of the worst panda expresses I have ever seen. Employees here seem to always think that there is a competition to see who can give the least amount of over-cooked food to customers. I'm pretty disappointed to come home and see such small portions of food from the Lawton Panda Express, and can only hope that whoever manages these employees understand that they get paid regardless, not by how much food they can save. read more

This was my first time having PE in over 10 years. I was not disappointed. The orange chicken was just how I remembered it, and the beef and broccoli was good, too. What's the point in ordering their teriyaki chicken, when they consistently forget to give the teriyaki sauce with your order? This isn't the first time -- this consistently happens EVERY time we order, whether we get it in the drive thru or with door dash. You shouldn't have to ask for teriyaki sauce when it is literally in the name... without it, it's simply plain grilled chicken. Only reason this gets two stars is because at least the other food is good, and doesn't typically have issues. Cream cheese Rangoon had like 1% cream cheese in it. It was like getting my mouth cut up by the crunchy wrapper with zero reward. They didn't have ice for the fountain drinks. Chow mein noodles had a weird warm dessert flavor to them. Broccoli was mushy for the beef and broccoli. read more

They offered to replace the "entree" (meat) but told us to reuse the rice that was covered in the sauce of the precious item. This is the SAME PLACE that gets offended if you don't add on extras. If you say no to an add on, you will literally hear their tone change. I've experienced it no less than three times. We started getting a crab Rangoon just so we'd get plasticware. I really, really enjoy the food at this place. Having it delivered is also great. BUT. I checked my card account and it seems that I have been charged twice on two different days for my food. I tried calling to speak to a manager from around 9:30AM until just a few minutes ago. It is now 12 noon. Not in, not here yet and a couple of other things. What manager isn't in, if the shop opens at 10:30AM, there at least a half hour after opening to get ready for lunch. I went here for lunch and decided to get the same thing I had before. 1st the lady at the drive through was very rude and the most important thing is I got food poisoning from the food. The orange chicken is really breaded chicken in oil! NO orange flavor at all. Their "lo mein" is really those crispy noodles with a tiny bit of veggie tossed in oil. Everytime we have done this it has been ready and we have sat outside waiting for 20 to 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. I love eating at Panda Express but this one in Lawton SUCKS!!!
