Seated right away, service was good. Got a few things to eat. For the appetizer we got the Kaarage this was very tasty! My friend got a Negi Toro Maki and one other dish he really enjoyed what he ordered. I got a Tuna Maki and that was delicious has a bit of green onion with it. Also shared the Hamachi Crunch Roll which was very tasty and filling. Overall really nice be a good date night restaurant.

The Brothers Do Not Miss! Superb! Their craft is truly something you do not want to miss out on here in Wichita Falls! Thankful for them bringing top notch sushi here locally! Oh! And the servers and ambiance are the cherry on top.

Our favorite dish is the hamachi rainbow signature roll - super fresh, high quality ingredients.

Foodies, rejoice! Shio is a surprise gem, we never expected to find such high quality sashimi and rolls and donburi bowls while passing through Wichita Falls. The exacting standard and control of ingredients here are superior, and we applaud the chefs and their team for the overall beautiful dining experience. The service we received from Liz was also warm and gracious, from the welcome to the menu explanations to the overall timing of presenting courses to synch together to create a very comfortable experience. We felt very relaxed but in an upscale, proper dining atmosphere, which provided a beautiful respite for tired travelers. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious and healthy dining experience and look forward to returning the next time we pass through Wichita Falls.

Came here for the first time tonight. I don't typically write reviews but these guys deserve one. Absolutely amazing service and the food is even better. Best sushi in town by a mile!

Shrimp and guacamole roll and Mt. Fuji roll

Best sushi I have ever had and I love sushi so that's saying something. The fish is so fresh, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is great. Would eat here everyday if I could. If you go here you absolutely must get the shrimp and guacamole roll and the Mt. Fuji roll. I was blown away.

The service was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The atomsphere was relaxing and fun . The owners were interactive, friendly and funny. The food was as good as your getting around this area meaning its great.

I :: not saying the names of the places :: ended up basically playing the "I'm stupid" game with the chefs of a few places. At one, I asked him what fish he was cutting and he told me the absolute wrong fish. I basically did the same at another and started asking him what each pre cut fish was and he had no clue. SMH! HOSHI! I found you on uber eats and you gave me faith in amazing food in Wichita Falls! Hoshi, I've ordered so many items and not once have I been disappointed. Plus! Having Thai iced tea sent me overboard on taste and tummy happiness. You all have made me feel at home in hella insanely unfamiliar territory. THANK YOU! Also: I want to add since I read reviews about how it's fake crab.... You're not smart. You live in north Texas. Seriously?! King crab has been frozen for a long time before it hits your stomach and isn't as delicious as it would be fresh off the boat. Blue crab is expensive so I'm sure you'd complain about that as well. Maybe develop your pallet to something other than 'crab,' or ask the correct questions about what you are ordering

I absolutely LOVE Market Street!…read more I wanted to come on here and rave about the Poke Bowl that I got from the sushi section of the store. I am from the West Coast and am pretty particular about seafood as a whole. I've gone into local restaurants and was like ohhhhhh I can taste that this shrimp was frozen. Ohhhh kay... I picked up the Big Wave Poke Bowl because I have seen Asian people working behind the counter and that gave me comfort. This Poke Bowl was delicious!! The fish tasted fresh. I was so happy!! I will definitely get one again and would recommend it to anyone.

We normally love shopping here, but recently they did 3 things that are quite irritating…read more 1. Recently they've been changing up the ReadyMeals in many ways. Firstly they removed the tortillas from the taco kit, eventually replacing the kit with a "bowl" with most of the same ingredients, but seemingly less chicken and no tortillas. A very problematic change they've made to seemingly ALL of their ReadyMeals is removing cooking/heating instructions. Not only does that seem like a hazard, but it certainly makes it quite the challenge when trying to cook a pizza in the oven. Does it need 350 or 400°? Does it need 8, 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes to properly cook? These factors vary by each type of pizza. Is the fraction of a cent saved on printer ink on the label worth the customer dissatisfaction? I would think not. 2. They removed all the wall art of the history of Wichita Falls, which had previously made the store feel more "local" and less "uninspired corporate cookie cutter location." 3. They moved the Dublin sodas (a local to Texas brand) to 4 different places around the store and have slowly been phasing them out. Of course, starting with our favorite 1891 Founder's Recipe Cola, followed by our second favorite the Cherry Limeade. We used to buy 6-12 bottles every 1-2 weeks. Normally I could see this being an issue with a lack of demand, but they were constantly sold out of those 2 flavors. I don't expect the 2nd change to be addressed, but it would be nice if the 1st and 3rd would be addressed. Regardless, staff is always friendly and helpful.

I would have expected to find this spectacular noodle house in Chinatown in New York City at a much higher price point. The staff was prompt and attentive. For an appetizer, I ordered the Soup Dumplings that were excellent! Juicy and tasty! For my entree, I ordered the Pan-fried Sliced Noodle with Beef... OMG! I mean there was a chef actually making the fresh sliced noodles BY HAND in the open kitchen. The Sliced Noodles come with your choice of protein, plus eggs, Chinese cabbage, onion, bean sprouts, celery, carrots, and scallions. I assume this is their signature dish... a steal at $14.99! However, coming back today I would definitely not return. We started with the steamed dumplings. They were mushy instead of a nice steamed texture as if they had been sitting in water for an extended (emphasis on EXTENDED) period of time, which should have warned us what was to come. The noodles in our ramen appeared old with different pieces having different textures (soggy/mushy & stale). Everything was lack luster, the service was okay, however my breaking point was seeing one charge via my bank account and seeing another on my receipt. This place needs to find a new cook, freshly make their food, and lock in before they don't last long.
