The pedicure was half assed and there was no cover for the foot tub (they didn't even clean it out with anything when the next person used it, I was sitting less than 5 feet from it) My full set is terrible. Too damn bulky and they are crooked! Terrible job done. They didn't even paint the full damn nail. $67! Are you kidding me! I've seen cheaper places do a better job. Plus they were even talking badly about another customer. read more

the lash service couldn't have been worse.. i came for a fill in and the lady told me i need to just go ahead and do a new set which was fine, she proceeded to pull out my previous lashes with her hands which was painful, she acted annoyed when my eyes began to water, kept pulling my head back and telling me to keep my eyes open. (how?) she ended up rushing, never asked what length or style i was looking for, and proceeded to dry the lashes with a hair blow dryer with the setting on hot, as if that would ever properly dry the lash glue, no, my eyes watered even more. although, they were only $25. you get what you pay for i guess. read more

This place has horrible customer service. My nail polish was blotchy and looked rushed so I asked the boss to repaint them (after I had already paid). He told me he would put another coat on top but "he was not going to do the paint completely over". I said that's what I paid you for and walked out. WILL NOT RETURN read more

Went yesterday for the 1st time. Very friendly and funny staff. I got the fake eyelashes, not happy. The lashes on one eye are already coming off. One while driving one while watching tv an hour later. Both just fell off onto my cheek. Its not worth the $20.00 I paid. read more

I will rate this facility a one star simply because of the massage chair. I will never be back to this mill of a nail salon. After I yelp, a call to the health department will be in order. The place lacked cleanliness. If you are a diabetic, don't go. My Hai Dang was extremely rude to my mother during our pedicure session. The owner refunded her money but our experience was ruined. UPDATE - My gel started peeling after only a week. That paired with a lackluster pedicure made me look elsewhere. Not going to return! My best friend and I came here for mani/pedis before my wedding. The staff was great about getting us in at a time that worked for us and didn't have a fit because my mom's flight got cancelled and she missed her appointment. The guy who did my pedicure was fantastic. I got the Firewalker pedicure and it was great. Hot towels, hot stone massage, the works. I had a lot of callus buildup on my heels because I wear sandals everywhere and he did an amazing job removing tons of it and leaving my feet silky soft. The woman who did my best friend's pedicure did a good job, but then refused to do a manicure, saying that my best friend didn't need one. She wanted a different polish than she had already on her nails to look better in wedding pictures. Another girl ended up doing my best friend's manicure and she did a good job. It was a bit aggravating when the woman refused to do the manicure. The guy who did my gel manicure did a great job. He was quick and efficient and did a good job. I even got hot towels on my arms and an arm massage. I plan on going back in the next day or so because my gel needs redoing (it has been 3 weeks). read more

Horrible. Unprofessional. I will not be going back to this place, these people seemed like they were drunk, they were talking to each other in their language and clearly mocking a customer that walked out. I was very uncomfortable and highly annoyed. One of the guys that worked on my nails started to sing really loud in their language and they all laughed extremely hard. I will make sure not to return to this place. read more
