I really wanted to like this place! The staff are so friendly and sweet! The gel mani I got did not last at all and the lamp for the gel died 3 times and had to use 3 different machines and I think the laps between the lights made the gel mani come off so much sooner. Pedicure was okay. Took care of my heels but not too much cuticle work. I was a walk in and got seated and served asap which was lovely. Again amazing staff but for 75 dollars for a gel mani and a regular pedi. I just wish it was better quality. read more

I always go during my lunchtime from work. The time frame that I go 95% of the time there is no one in there so no waiting for me. Very friendly and always greet me as I come in. Never hurry me to pick a color out. Have had a lady and a man do my nails and both great work. Never an issue when getting my nails done as I always to acrylic nails and they can last for up to 3 weeks most of the time depending on how I take care of them. I should have listened to the reviews! Still looking for an acceptable nail salon around the Millington area. This Salon is horrible. I could have sat in my own massage chair at home and painted my own toes. Very shabby for a $35 pedicure and the manicure was only slightly better. So dissatisfied! No exfoliating, no massage; feet or hands, just awful! Other than Jasmine or Super Nail can anyone recommend a great place in Millington for mani/pedi? Update: I went back on Wednesday to get my nails fixed and was told to come back "tomorrow" too busy. I was not able to go back until today, 6 days since polish that was supposed to last two weeks was done. Polish completely came off one nail on yesterday. She was actually pissed because I wanted my nails fixed. This was the owner Jasmine. While polishing my nails tells me she is fixing this time but when I come back I will have to pay "the full thing". No apology, was visibly pissed! AND the "fix" was poorly done! News flash sweetly, I won't be back. Period! Know how to treat dissatisfied customers, make it right and they will come back. If it is worth it to you to lose my business altogether, so be it. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION!! . Girl, don't do it!! Don't waist your valuable time, money, gas and/or energy.. First and last time. We were greeted with hello... My friend and I were placed in stations (my friend - pedicure... her feet - soaking for about 30 minutes"still waiting". A gentleman walked in, well he was placed in a pedicure chair, offered a glass of wine and 10 minutes later he's pedicure services begins. Well!!! Me my aunt and my mom went and only my aunt and I did our nails. First my showed the guy my nails that I wanted they were sky blue color and they painted my nails white so my aunt went and got hers the lady that made her nails made all of her finger bloody and they didn't say any thing and I told the that my nails weren't the same color I wanted and the flowers the painted on my nail was so ugly and the didn't care. My aunt spent 35$ on eye lashes the weren't even glued on she didn't like them she couldn't see anything so she didn't even have to pull them off she just touched it lashes fell off so she just ripped off the lashes. They usually do a good job but I one particular day could not make up my mind on a color and I could tell the nail tech her name is Moon was getting pissed, and speaking to the other male tech i could tell it was about me so I pulled up translate on my phone and it translated her saying "pick your color already B**ch! If she speaks this way about one she is speaking this way about all customers. read more

Good pedicure lousy manicure, nails were filed poorly, different lengths on same finger, I asked for a nail file and began to fix the nails and the file was snatched away from me and the woman proceeded to do an act of refiling my nails, in a half ass way, cuticles were not trimmed, she seemed very rushed and like she could care less, very disappointed, I came home and had to file my nails, I can't trim my own cuticles so I will have to go somewhere else to get them done, I have been here many times before and have never had such a bad experience read more

The worst experience yet at a nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and full set with shellac polish at 2:47pm, didn't leave until 6:15pm. I was still patient! Within a couple of days my toe nail polish all chips off, two day later two nails peel off as if they are press ons, DEVASTATING! Go in to have the repaired and the male worker (there's only one that's the adult) asks if I want to come back later. I state no. I wait & wait. I only came here bc I am not from here and didn't know who was good. But I was overcharged for a POLISH CHANGE on my nails and was given a horrible pedicure . Almost no massage , no exfoliation , nothing. It was absolutely horrible and my nails and toes look like I did them myself, which is horrible. we sat down at about 1 and waited until 230 for correct service only after saying something. while saying something she Talked over us and they had started ours nails then did someone else's and left us waiting so we couldn't go somewhere else the salon was messy and unorganized. the actual nails are not bad but the service is terrible at least on sundays read more

I went less than a week ago, and my shellac polish is already pealing. I sat in the pedicure chair for a good 20 minutes before they even added the water while I waited. I said that I had to leave at a particular time, so might not have time for my nails. She assured me that there was plenty of time. I went here yesterday and the last time I came here was 2 years ago with my grandmother to get pedicures. This is by far the WORST place to get your nails done in Millington. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I'd help someone out who was thinking about trying this place. I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted (a pretty ombré pink coffin style nails). 3 people worked on my nails. The First Lady had an attitude and kept jerking my hand away instead of simply pushing my hand back softly. THEN she cut my nails way too skinny and uneven and she just slapped the gel on there. After I said I just wanted plain black (because I was in a rush and didn't want her to mess up more than she already did), the lady owner came over speaking in Chinese or whatever language they speak (I assumed talking about me because of how they were looking at me and my nails). She asked why I wanted to change to black and I said because the nails aren't going to look like the picture. So the owner started doing my nails to "fix them" but it turned out worse. This is NOT ombré, just two colors and there's a clear line of where the colors meet. Then after she polished the nails, she filed the sides again (WHY?!) now there isn't polish on the sides of my nails. She didn't even repolish it or offer to do so. She kept hitting my back and pushing me to wash my hands. And later her and the other lady who was doing my nails at first were laughing at me. The lady showed her my nails and started speaking Chinese and they both were looking and my nails laughing while I was right there. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am always respectful when I go somewhere so I don't see what the problem was for them to treat me that way and mess up my nails. I paid $55 for this bs. I feel like if they couldn't do ombré they should've told me and I would've been happy to pick another color/style. I will not be coming back. Y'all there are more nail shops in Millington and Memphis to go to period...DON'T GO HERE !!!! (PS: I am going to another nail shop today to get my nails redone) read more
