My nails were originally placed on here and they didn't even cover my original nails, like my nails are hanging out from under the sides of each nail bc they nail tips weren't properly fitted. Got here, was told it would be about a 45 minute wait. It's Sunday, 12 noon. They open at 12 but there were already people in there being serviced. The man at the front desk was very rude and said "people came before you" when I mentioned they had just opened but people were already there and in full swing of their service. The SAME man tried to get me prepped to soak but got mad when I asked him to turn the drill down. Their attitudes are making me start to look elsewhere for nail services. I love the new remodel. I usually never have to wait long. They have many new technicians and I have already found 3, all men that will never let do anything for me. The last time in my pedicure was good but for a deluxe I expected more massage and attention to dry skin on my feet, but ok. The male with the ponytail started my manicure. He started on my dry hands and did not have the bowl of water. I asked him if I was getting a manicure and he Snapped at me! "Yes". I told him I did not like his attitude to which he said nothing, kept his head down and tried to continue working on my hands. I told him "I don't like this, where is Tina"? He turned around and called Tina's name and said something else which I was sure it wasn't nice, but oh well! As long as he did not have the balls to say it in English, I was okay with his cowardice, but one thing for sure, you don't snap at me. I'm paying for a service and I won't tolerate a bad attitude. I guess he thought he could get away with it. I really got the feeling he did not want to do my nails and was told to do it. If that's the case don't take it out on me. He got the right and the wrong one at the same time. I never raised my voice or caused a scene. I just firmly asserted what I would not tolerate. When Tina answered I told her I would like someone else to do my nails. She immediately told me she would do it. So now I have three that I don't like. The first one just did a horrible job, the second one obviously could not do a dip French because when I told him what I wanted he did my nails with gel polish instead of dip. It was the first time I had asked for French with a black tip so I just thought that was the way it had to be. The gel started peeling before the 14 days. The next time I went in I called ahead and told Tina I was going to Hawaii that week and I wanted the best experience. When I got there she had someone waiting for me snd this young lady was totally AWESOME!! She did a black tip French with the dip and it was Beautiful! I almost went to sleep during my pedicure be suds she seemed to do extra relaxing massage. I will go back but those three guys will never do my nails again. read more

terrible service. we were put in every chair and watched multiple people get sat and service before us and was told " they were there before" they gave us the run around every time we asked the wait " we can do your nails now ". I had my nails filled at T Nails. I drove 45 minutes to them and the fill was the worst fill I've ever had. Several nails had no product on them between my nail and cuticle. I had a nail lifting the next day and one that felt loose. I called right away and talked to Tina. She said come back in, they would fix it and she wanted to see my nails. I told her I wouldn't be able to come back until Thursday due to I work and drove 45 minutes. She said no problem. I show up Thursday she was not there, the guy who takes care of the front desk was extremely rude. I told him I wasn't really happy with my fill, and he told me the guy who already did a terrible job would fix my one finger, go sit down. He didn't listen to me at all and disregarded anything I was trying to say to him. Needless to the same guy "fixed" my nail AND its already lifted (2 days after). I will not be going back and would NOT recommend this nail salon. Also this fill was $60, basic fill with one design. read more

For different reasons, I decided to switch Nail Spas and have been going to T Nail Spa for several months now. BEST switch I ever made, I love this place! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful, the Spa is beautifully decorated and CLEAN and their prices are comparable if not better than most Spas! Now, even though they have a large staff, if they're really busy and you don't like to wait, this may not be the place for you. They try to get to everyone ASAP but they won't rush on their customers to hurry up and get to the next one! Each customer will receive the same great treatment and service no matter how many are waiting in line. That was a huge plus for me and because of that, I don't mind the occasional short wait! Derrick worked hard on my very damaged nails from a prior poor nail tech. He was so patient and very knowledgeable about how to handle the damage that led to fungus and bleeding under the nail-yuck! For $38 you get a soak, scrub, massage, exfoiliation, mud mask, paraffin dip, hot towels, hot stone massage, and nail trim/paint. The $30 gel manicure is your standard manicure plus an arm massage. One visit my gel came off after just a week and I went back in and they fixed it free of charge. During busy times you may have a significant wait for a tech.
