The prices are very generous. The work is amazing and it lasts me two weeks. I had a lady next to me the last time I went that only comes close to once a month and she had every nail still on. I've followed the owner from a different nail salon because I loved her so much. My family uses this nail salon as well. Would definitely recommend! read more

Terrible services... my sister have nails glue all over in the skin... I need to go right away with another professional nails place. Because this people work really rush... 2 time and opportunity for the service. I'm so disappointed... don't go over there. Pedicure was ok . Reason I'm giving you 1 star ... but the nails hands no good at all. I trying to talk manager couple times and he just turns me off in the phone couple times. First, the nab that greeted me treated me as if I was wasting his time. He was very rude and disrespectful, as he did not understand what I was attempting to explain the services I was requesting. Considering they did not understand, I opted for a new set of nails with American tips. All I can say is bubbles, discoloration, and silver finger tips. I was here today. One lady started and then a lady who I believe is one of the owners finished. Both ladies yanked your arms instead of staring which way they wanted you to turn or maneuver, no one said hello and the owner was so busy looking at the other technicians work, she did one thing to one hand and another thing to the other hand as a finished detail of her work. She never even acknowledged me as a customer or said thank you as I was leaving. I went here before and it wasn't that bad, but today was over the top. Say hi to your customers, use verbal conversation when you would like a patron to move their hands, pay attention to your own service and for goodness sake, thank your customer for their visit, there are too many nail salons around to be tolerating unprofessional service. My nails are perfect...without any bumps or irregular shapes and they usually last me 3 months with no lifting. I get a full set of acrylics with gel polish and the shine lasts. I normally frequented Pro Nails especially because they were open on Sundays. However, I will not be visiting anymore!! The man there by the name of D was extremely rude the last three times I went. The first time he got rude with me about nail designs, because I wanted a tribal like design that the lady said she could do. But when she tried it, it looked completely different so I tried to explain to her what to fix because it wasn't bad but D told her to just wipe it all off and told me to just pick a simple design. So I didnt get a design and didn't think twice about it. The next time I asked for a specific design there was about 30 minutes until close so D told me that I couldn't get the design that I wanted because he didn't have time and wanted to go home on time. So again I left without a design. But the last time I visited really bothered me and helped me make my decision to not go back. So me and my sister came in about an hour before close Sunday and no other customers were there. So we washed our hands and sat down. As he sat down he grunted and said " I was just about to get to go home early". I asked if we needed to leave and he said no, that it was fine. So this particular time I got my toes and hands done. So while he was working on m feet he asked me if I wanted to cut down my toe nails and I said " do whatever looks best" and he said ," no, I need you to pick one because you're paying and these are my nails" so I overlooked it and said "ok. A cut down is fine". And the whole time he was mumbling but I couldn't make out what he was saying. So as he was doing my hands, he asked about the color I wanted I picked my color and showed him a picture he said ok. But he didn't pay attention to the shape because he cut my nails too short to do coffin but I thought they'd be cute with the design I wanted. So as he was finishing my hands up I asked about designs and asked to see the stickers. Well he got really rude. He said, " no. You're not allowed to get any designs. Just polish and that's it. Because youre way to difficult to please and you don't like anything". So that was the last straw. I asked that the lady there finish my nails and I paid and left. That was a horrible experience. I was receiving a service and instead of him understanding that I want to like what i was paying for, he wanted me to just be happy with whatever. read more
