They were super friendly and sounded like they actually wanted to help me out. They came only a few hours after we hung up and were able to fix my wifi situation in minutes. We have complicated systems in our organization and no matter how complicated, Netwide Technical got the job done. Checking writing, scanners, billing and all of our functions could now be done from home. As Covid continued, we realized we were not going back to the office anytime soon. Netwide took another step forward with us and configured all of our systems into the Cloud so we no longer needed a physical server. Over a year later, we decided to close our big office and set up one small one if one of our employees wanted to work in an office setting. Again Netwide was there configuring all of our needs so anyone of our employees could set up and work there. I can't say enough about this company. They are right there when we need anything done. Our company is run 24 hours a day and we are grateful to always be up and running. Lastly, today's envirmonment is complicated with computer hacking and the internet. I dropped a computer off there so long ago I had marked it a loss, I kept going in to the shop…read moreevery few days to check on it for about 4 weeks (no joke, I had complained to them it had taken 2 months and they looked up how much time it has been there for me - "only 4 weeks"...I was like "ONLY???") - I showed up physically there in person and I got nothing but excuses as to how the wrong part was sent, and then a faulty part, and then the wrong part again...I called after about a month and asked if I could just have the broken laptop back, the next day when I called to see if it was ready to pickup they told me it was still apart on some table somewhere and they're still waiting on the part, they also said they'd call me to let me know when it was back together - that was about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything, so I call today and someone tells me "Oh, we thought you were frustrated and wanted the computer back so it's been sitting here in front" Thanks Dexter's! I'll be sure to write an accurate review for you on Yelp! You've had my computer for 2 months and I still get to go try and get it fixed somewhere! What a waste of time!

Allan installed a SS hard drive as well as cleaned up all other functions and loaded a malware killing program.. The thing is a rocket ship !
