Service is well priced and billing for services rendered always aligned with what was quoted for that service and any necessary replacement. Beyond all that, there's the trust & peace of mind you feel that you're dealing w a straight up good dude, who will treat you right. Although I'd done some diagnosis on my own, they walked me through all the steps I needed to ascertain what the problem was, via phone. At no charge. Then they looked for the part and called manufacturers to see if it could be replaced or fixed. At no charge. When we determined that it could not be fixed and a new machine was needed, they did the research based on what I needed and made recommendations to me. At no charge (and no commission, no links, etc.. just, here's what we'd order, from where, when you're ready, on your own). I'm pretty sure they've put in a few hours of time helping me out so far, all via phone, at no charge. Of course, I'm sure they know that they'll be servicing the product anytime it needs it, but that's now twice that NEPW has saved my ass and not charged me one red cent. Thanks, guys.
