I was new to Home Security when we first met but he was willing to take the time to educate me and my wife. I watched the installation and knew enough to recognize care & quality in it. Over the years, the only "issues" with the system were a result of my blunders which Robert dealt with in his good-natured way. We recently acquired another home that had an ADT system which we were going to keep until we decided what we were going to do with the home. My first contact with ADT was with an employee in another state since they no longer have a local contact. My contact with this individual instantly set off my intestinal alarm.
