However I was informed the credit check was a soft check. I asked multiple time to ensure that because of my home purchase. After being reassured multiple times, I come to check my credit score a few weeks after and what do you know a hard inquiry in my credit which almost put me in the hole on the home. We were a little skeptical but let's say, after some accidents where we forgot to disarm in time or those staying at our place messed up the sequence for disarming the system, IRON FIST (IFSS) monitoring got a hold of us, verified and canceled the police, just like the big name monitoring companies. We will always have IFSS for our home, plain and simple. As for the cameras, clean and professional install and when there have been any issues, usually us messing up the app when getting a new phone or wifi-router, Kevin and his crew are very responsive - usually the same day but ALWAYS a phone call no matter what.
