I called and scheduled an estimate with Frankwin to come out and give me a quote on a home theater installation as well as to get some advice and a second opinion on the system components I was considering. He came out as scheduled but almost immediately I noticed a certain...arrogance, almost condescending attitude. He must be used to dealing with wealthy rubes who just want to throw around a lot of money but not do any thinking or research for themselves and I had done a LOT of research. For starters when I told him I was looking to get a good deal on an OLED from last year's model he told me with a smirk "no way you're going to find one this time of year" when in fact (and I showed him) SEVERAL places, including Amazon, Ebay and other online retailers where they were still available at a bargain. He also criticized my choice (an LG G3 77" OLED) sayng Samsung was better, but in my research and for my purposes the LG was widely considered across MANY consumer forums to be the superior set, with LG having a long standing track record for quality over Samsung. Perhaps more egregiously he told me that in no way should I buy the 5.1 system I wanted but that he could set me up with a SONOS soundbar system instead...for tripe the cost of course. Again, looking at A/V forums online soundbars, while better than ever, are still no match for a dedicated 5.1 system. SONOS is considered great for music, but subpar for movies and gaming which are my primary uses. Basically, aside from his smug and condescending attitude, which is hard to convey in words but definitely turned me off almost immediately, it was clear he was really trying to push me to buy what HE wanted to push, and NOT really listening or caring about what I wanted or what would be best for me, AND it was clear that he wasn't used to being questioned or dealing with people willing to do their own research... I had asked him to compare two 5.1 systems I was looking at and he DID get back to me (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but his argument against getting either of them were "they were being phased out of support". For my purposes that's not something I care about, and I told him as much...if I can get a good deal on a slightly older model I'll take it. If you have money to burn and don't care to do your own research and/or think for yourself, by all means call Frankwin. I'm sure his actual work is competent but both his personality and his advice really gave me a scummy vibe. YMMV... read more

First and foremost this company does not care about their customers. I bought a new home from Hubble and this is the company I had to deal with . I had a year to get my smart hub installed and to even get them to come out to look at the property was hell. and when I finally did get them to come they didn't even know how to install the lights with the package. I have tried for months to get them to come and finish their work. All he did was tape my light switches so I wouldn't even be able to turn them on. I left various messages for the owner and nothing . I guess he doesn't care about his image . I gave this business the benefit of the doubt and was just disappointed. Frankwin came out within a day, got me a quote same day, and he completed all the projects less than two weeks later at a very competitive rate. We also have more work for him in the future now that we know what he can do. Always great to find a company that knows what it's doing, with no hassle, and is responsive and respects its customers. They also use an excellent business system that makes booking appointments easy with consistent text/email follow up and simplifies the quote/invoice/pymt process. NEVER!!!!!!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They said they were coming back to fix a one-call system and one broken call box but never returned to fix it. I PAID THEM IN FULL!!!! THE MAN INSTALLING THESE FOR US WHEN HE WAS DRILLING IN THE WALL HIT SOMETHING THAT NOW OUR HEATING SYSTEM IN THAT BEDROOM DOESN'T WORK!! They left holes in our walls that my husband had to fix. I have called to try to get them to come back, but they never call me back!! Bummed to be writing this review Started off great, Zach (Sales) and Frankwin (Owner) came out in September of 2022, gave me a bid, they seemed knowledgeable and suggested good ideas for my project. First two tech's arrived to do half the work while we waited for parts on the other half. They were not told what they were doing when they arrived and were relying on me or my wife to explain what to do which is not ideal since neither of us understand the tech stuff. They did a pretty poor job, left every room they were in a mess, didn't set up any of the devices and the TV's they hung had a ton of finger prints on them and were not centered. Weeks passed and then I got a bill for the whole job despite half of it not being done... wrote an email asking why? Didn't hear from anyone, so I called and caught up with Zach who said he would fix the issue, more weeks passed and finally after multiple back and forth calls/emails pressing finally got another tech team out. This team was really excellent and did a great job (5 stars for them and specifically the lead on that team), but again had no idea what they were there for when they arrived and I had to from memory relay what we were doing despite it now being months later. After the 2nd service I got a bill that had things on it that were not done and including parts that the tech told me they did not need or use. I have called/emailed several times asking for an explanation from Zach and from Frankwin but I just keep getting a bill that has OVERDUE in capital letters. I needed a sound bar mounted on a TV so it would swivel with the TV. I had the mount and speaker but needed it installed. Frankwin came on time, used the mount I had purchased, along with parts from the mount used on the old sound bar. It was attached and up and running in 15-20 minutes. First of all, I want to say they arrived on time, which means everything to me. Second, they were professional and knew what they were doing. Frankwin and Tristan had the task of mounting a 75 inch tv above our fireplace, which had rock going all the way up to the ceiling. They hung it exactly in the perfect position for watching the tv from the living room and the kitchen area. They hooked up our sound bar and ran the two HDMI cables from the wall into the cabinets.
