    It is hard to find an electronics supply store like this anymore. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, too.

    I have never been treated so rudely as my husband and I were by a representative of this business…read more We were trying out our new camera by taking pictures of the historic buildings in downtown Caldwell. The unique architecture of the tower atop this building caught our eye so we stopped on the sidewalk out front to take a few pics. While chatting and pondering the history of the tower we were approached by an extremely hostile and seemingly unhinged man. He kept asking "who we were with" which was a very bizarre question and I still don't understand what that meant. We tried explaining, multiple times, we were just charmed by his unique building. Yet his weird hostility kept escalating and he kept repeating that same question like he couldn't comprehend. Due to the very odd demeanor of this man I felt he may have been intoxicated and therefore unpredictable. Feeling threatened and almost scared I asked my husband if we could leave, which we did. I don't know if this kind of behavior is condoned by this business but it was not normal and very unwarranted. Especially for just taking a picture of and admiring this historic and beautiful building.

I thought it was normal for them to come out once a…read moremonth and "fix" the network with our problems: printers not connecting, slow internet speeds, slow file transfer speeds within the network, roaming profiles not working, etc. Finally, I had enough and hired a guy from Craigslist. He said the setup was completely wrong, there was no static ip addressing, NAT on NAT and the router was way to old to handle the network needs. After he fixed everything I haven't had to call him again yet! Stay far away from Valli!

    I have visited this store roughly 10 times and every time I'm here, the service is exceptional…read more Every time I have an order for pick up, it's done sooner than expected and I get everything I ordered. Customer service has always been friendly and everyone goes over and above. Today, especially, we had to follow up on a warranty issue with our phone screen protectors. The Best Buy "concierge" answered my inquiry with ease, then found my replacement items and handed them to me. Once we explained everything to our cashier Isabel, she handled our exchange with patience, exemplary service and a friendly attitude. She quickly rounded someone up to help us with the replacement of our phone screen protectors and we were on our way. I'm so grateful for the staff at Best Buy, especially Isabel!

    Disappointed in this store. It keeps going down hill More…read moreand more. We purchased a large item and the type of item we were told could be tested for 69 days. They did not offer an extended warranty because apparently you have to purchase a 179.00 membership. They used to always offer extended warranty for a cost. Then I was told that the item had to be returned in 14 days even though Sony even gives you a 60 trail. The product is not the issue but the store is. As well as I call a local number and it goes to a different country and as told we could not talk to a local store as they no longer take phones in the store. My husband wanted to know about the warranty stuff as he was u sure if he wanted to keep the item. Needless to say we will NO longer purchase from them. I think quality of service is so important.

    I called and scheduled an estimate with Frankwin to come out and give me a quote on a home theater…read moreinstallation as well as to get some advice and a second opinion on the system components I was considering. He came out as scheduled but almost immediately I noticed a certain...arrogance, almost condescending attitude. He must be used to dealing with wealthy rubes who just want to throw around a lot of money but not do any thinking or research for themselves and I had done a LOT of research. For starters when I told him I was looking to get a good deal on an OLED from last year's model he told me with a smirk "no way you're going to find one this time of year" when in fact (and I showed him) SEVERAL places, including Amazon, Ebay and other online retailers where they were still available at a bargain. He also criticized my choice (an LG G3 77" OLED) sayng Samsung was better, but in my research and for my purposes the LG was widely considered across MANY consumer forums to be the superior set, with LG having a long standing track record for quality over Samsung. Perhaps more egregiously he told me that in no way should I buy the 5.1 system I wanted but that he could set me up with a SONOS soundbar system instead...for tripe the cost of course. Again, looking at A/V forums online soundbars, while better than ever, are still no match for a dedicated 5.1 system. SONOS is considered great for music, but subpar for movies and gaming which are my primary uses. Basically, aside from his smug and condescending attitude, which is hard to convey in words but definitely turned me off almost immediately, it was clear he was really trying to push me to buy what HE wanted to push, and NOT really listening or caring about what I wanted or what would be best for me, AND it was clear that he wasn't used to being questioned or dealing with people willing to do their own research... I had asked him to compare two 5.1 systems I was looking at and he DID get back to me (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but his argument against getting either of them were "they were being phased out of support". For my purposes that's not something I care about, and I told him as much...if I can get a good deal on a slightly older model I'll take it. If you have money to burn and don't care to do your own research and/or think for yourself, by all means call Frankwin. I'm sure his actual work is competent but both his personality and his advice really gave me a scummy vibe. YMMV...
