On the phone I asked to get a quote for an amp install, they said it would be "a couple hundred" I was very clear with what I had and what I needed. They wouldn't do an appointment until I had all the gear in hand so they can see it so I came back the next weekend when I got it in, I was told they can do the install so I drive down get quoted $680 for a simple amp install and then got told they couldn't even do it until a later date. read more

I needed a solar trickle charger installed on my Honda Ridgeline pickup. I only drive it once or twice a months sometimes and the battery drains low each time. They did a fantastic job in installing the solar charger in my glove box and the suction cup mounted 8W panel that can be removed for driving and installed for long term battery trickle charging. Now my starter always has full power even after sitting for weeks. This would be a 5th star if they used written estimates instead of verbal. Purchased a stereo and the store was going to install it. It was going to be installed in a Jeep Rubicon and before the install time I called and asked if it was waterproof, they said no. I canceled the install and wanted a refund. To begin with they said no that they would give me an in store credit. Now, that would be fine if I had taken the equipment out of the store but I had not taken any equipment out of the store. I declined the in store credit and insisted on a refund. The salesman spoke to the owner and they gave me a refund minus a restocking fee. Please remember that they were still in possession of the equipment, they wanted a restock fee of $201.61 for equipment that never left the store. I would not recommend using this store for anything. We purchased a radio here. The van we had it installed in broke down and was crushed. We replaced the van, we took same radio in to have it installed in the new van. I requested an antenna, since this vehicle had none. This radio also sported a telephone feature. When we paid the bill (over $200.) and retrieved the vehicle there was no antenna. I inquired before leaving, and was told that none was needed. We now have a radio that squeaks, and hums when driving near high power lines. No reception out of town. If the phone rings the speaker to speak into is somewhere inside the dash. Not useable I have complained, and was told, 1st that the boss was out of town, and then that the radio is fine, it's how it is supposed to work. This always the response! Called in a few days ago to ask questions about programming a remote start. They told me they don't carry that brand but to come in and they will try to help me get it programmed(It was already installed just got new fob.)Walked in today to a guy looking at me and not greeting me. Looked like I was an inconvenience(Was speaking to a lady sitting down). I told him what I needed and he said they wouldn't even touch it and to go to Xtreme Sound.
