Pretty standard greeting and she responds with "what do you need I'm on another call so do you need anything?" In a super snarky terrible tone. It wasn't in a welcoming way at all. A simple "hey sorry I'm on another call can you please hold" would've done enough! If that's how you are treating customers before they even get into the door then why would I ever come in to spends thousands of dollars. Do better. Edit since the owner thinks I'm lying. Hence the review. Definitely talked to a woman, definitely called the right business. Definitely will never come here for any help whatsoever.

He charges way less than what others were offering me. He even gives you a price breakdown of how much the parts ordered will cost and how much for labor. Whenever we had questions he would answer our calls or get back to us as soon as possible. I saw a review complaining about how they should install a new system and George could have been right. Sometimes the cost of repairing is close to getting a new system, but for our TV and home theater receiver he recommended just repairing, so he doesn't try to make you spend more. Overall was greatly satisfied with his service and will get a new car radio installed there. Will update once it's done.

Polite…read morecustomer service over the phone led to incredibly speedy service WITH the part I needed, in less than 24hours with installation! The bulb went out in my 2009'ish model Sony flat screen HD TV. Amazon has the bulb but I would've paid hugely for shipping and still need someone to install it. Best Buy's parts store wanted an OBSCENE $300 just for the bulb and shipping! Several local shops also quoted a one-week wait plus $200 for the bulb AND an extra $75 for the installation. I have no tools or screwdrivers because my ex's always steal them :/ so I needed home service. NH Electronics gave me a VERY reasonable price for the services rendered, $179 compared to the nearly $300 and up I would've spent elsewhere. Crime Warner may have stolen my right to watch Dexter's last season but at least with this new bulb I can watch the other programs I love. Support local businesses and forego the big name retailers. You won't regret giving NH Electronics your business. I have never experienced such friendly service!

Went back into confront the clerk, he quickly went beta and had security on the way already. Told him you don't use the F word to talk to a 10-year-old kid, of course he flat out denied it. Security suggested filing a complaint with management, complaint has been filed. Learn how to talk with child minors, if you want them out of your store, you can ask them to leave the store, but that's not the language you use. You wouldn't be talking to anybody's kid like that on the street, because the rules in the concrete jungle are different. Avoid this place, if a grown adult doesn't know how to talk with a kid that's 10 years old, they have no business interacting with other adults in society.

I would not recommend relying on their word without double-checking first.
