Very good food and has gluten free options. Favorite breakfast place. The servers are all so amazing and sweet. The environment is a little loud at times but it's super bright. Love it! read more

Excellent place for breakfast! The portions are huge! I absolutely love this place!! We have gone back numerous times and bring new people with us each time. The also love this place! read more

Excellent food and terrific service provided by Ali. While being a large restaurant, it was filled up by 9AM on Sunday, so plan accordingly. A very large menu with something for everybody, including kids. A little on the pricey side, but what isn't these days. I'll recommend it, as an upscale breakfast location. read more

Had 2 good experiences so I brought friends for lunch. It was a disaster. The medium rare burger was so dry it crumbled. They couldn't bring our beverages because there were no available glasses!! We had 3 servers so we had to repeat our orders. We asked for separate checks and got one. I was embarrassed I suggested the place. I wont return and neither will my friends read more

First time coming here & everything was great! Good food & drinks & our server David were wonderful! He made my birthday one to remember!

Syrup has really good food and is really nice inside. Service is good too. Definitely try it out.

The menu had plenty of amazing options and service was exceptional. I ordered to-go food and it was just as great as dining in.

came in on a busy day and was not only blown away by the food but also by the amazing customer service. our server was named jimmi, who was phenomenal and answered all our questions (we had a lot because our family has some allergies and picky eaters). they also took the time to recommend their favorite dish, the deluxe chicken and waffles. ive never had chicken and waffles before but i definitely did not regret my decision! it was very good. shout out to syrup and jimmi for making great customer connections, not to mention while probably also dealing with the stress of the restaurant being so busy. read more

Get the Chicken and Waffle Deluxe. You will not be disappointed. Best chicken and waffles I have ever had. The Nova Benedict was also pretty solid and service was great. read more

Host is very poor..... Not enough waitresses...... Wait 25 minutes....8 empty tables !!! read more

Had breakfast here today and it was EXCELLENT. This restaurant hasn't been open long, but they've already got the right combination of food, atmosphere and service. For a Saturday morning the wait wasn't bad (about 15 minutes) to be expected. Food was great, the decor was fresh bright and beautiful, and the service was excellent! I highly recommend and will be returning. read more

Such good food, each and every time at any locations. This time I met a friend for breakfast. Mimosas were delicious. And I alway recommend the billion dollar bacon. Even eating 2 pieces with my breakfast I have enough for a bit at home later. read more

The servings are crazy big. I had the butcher skillet breakfast and it was huge. Super good and all the prices at least to the one we went to in Aurora were 13.99 or 15.99. Makes it pretty easy to select what you want. read more

My experience was amazing, Jesus is the reason I would come back and will come back. I've never experience such amazing service. He did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed. read more

We found this place on tick-tok, and decided to try it out. Waited about 45 mins on a Sunday morning but definitely worth it. We ordered the chicken and waffles as well as the classic breakfast, a cafe latte and a chai latte. The food portions are huge and worth the price. However, the potatoes that came with my breakfast were a little salty and served at room temperature. The cafe latte was too bitter for my liking. Our waiter was busy with other tables and did not ask us how our food was. Overall, I think the place is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would definitely come back! read more

This SYRUP here in Aurora is my new favorite breakfast spot! Their menu here is really great! Lots of choices, huge variety, and most of the food are really unique. All of their food are really enjoyable, affordable, and quality. Also everything you can see at their menu freshly made. They really prepared it perfectly and serve it to you on time. Their employees here are so nice, decent, friendly, attentive, patient, and really fun to be with. They will really help you to enjoy and make your experience much better. Everyone at this place are working so fast and quick. They will serve your orders on time and give all the things you need from them right away. They also got the orders correct. You can definitely checkout so easily and fast. This place is really awesome. Their location is so near, easy to find, and very convenient. They have a big parking lot for all of the customers to use. The whole place is really nice and interesting. I am really impressed. Thank you SYRUP of Aurora. Will definitely visit again next time I am nearby the area. Really love your food. Thank you for wonderful service! Keep it up! Well done! read more

Repeat customer to Syrup. Extensive menu. Fresh ingredients and warm and friendly staff. Our server David makes you feel welcome. He deserves 5 stars and a raise! This is the only breakfast/lunch restaurant I look forward to visiting. read more

Service was fabulous for a Sunday morning. Got seated immediately. Server was super friendly. Food was amazing.

Not for us for breakfast meal wise and price. server forgot about us after we were served.

The food here is excellent, the food is really good and is kind of cheap. The service here is also amazing the waiters here are really kind. And the ambiance here feel's like a 5 star restaurant. read more

Located where the old colonial cafe in the galena plaza, Syrup has a modern, fresh, farm look with trendy and friendly waiters, amazing drinks, food and of course SYRUP! I usually get the legendary meal with scrambled eggs, potato hash, French toast and billion dollar bacon and an orange juice. The eggs and potato are good but what keeps me coming back is the orange juice, billion dollar bacon and French toast! I think the orange juice is freshly squeezed, it's got some pulp in it and just taste so fresh. The billion dollar bacon is not like any other bacon I've had, it's thick cut and seems to have like a bbq glaze, I will say it seems a little inconsistent. The first time I had it the strips were wider and the last couple of times is was a narrower strip and was a bit more well done. The French toast was thick and fluffy and I had it with their house made syrup which was like a cinnamons rolls frosting glaze *drool*. I've also had their waffles, pancakes, English muffins and waffles before but I'm a French toast kind of gal so I just stick with that but everything is delicious! They also serve alcoholic beverages! I have yet to try any because I love the Virgin orange juice lol the waiters are also super nice and attentive. Definitely recommend and will be going back again and again! read more

I liked everything about Syrup in Aurora, Illinois. It is clean, the help is friendly, the food is Dynamite, and the price is excellent. The best breakfast, brunch, or lunch food I've had at any restaurant. It is a blessing to our fine city! read more

For families who have autistic children at home that are looking for accommodations from restaurants around wait times, this is not the place. This is something as an autistic family home we look for in restaurants across the Aurora and Naperville area. Many of them such as Buttermilk support us and have always made accommodations for our autistic child. Today we went to try this new restaurant on Mother's Day and we callled ahead to ask for information regarding the possibility to call ahead. They weren't taking any, so we took the chance and went to the restaurant and after the ladies at the host stand said they will ask their manager, the manager didn't even come tell us to our face that they didn't provide such accommodation they just sent the hosts to tell us and sent us away. We understand that not all restaurants or shops will provide such accommodations however it is important that ALL AUSTIC FAMILY HOMES ARE ATLEAST AWARE OF SUCH INFORMATION. read more

Went to breakfast there with a colleague. The food was fantastic, the wait staff very attentive and friendly, they served my colleague a birthday waffle without my asking when they found out we were celebrating her birthday, the place is well lighted, tables are spaced well for COVID concerns and they also seated us where there were no people when we first arrived, at our request. We needed time to talk, and they gave it with no hesitations. I would definitely visit Syrup again. read more

Bravo!!! Absolutely amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere. This place is a gem. You get a large delicious portion of food at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back. read more

It was busy hut the food and the service are perfect get there 30mins before your planned time !!

The food is delicious here!!! And their portions are HUGE, so no complaints there! My friend & I both felt very rushed from the time our server came to the table. She literally didn't even give us 5 minutes to look at the menu before coming over to ask if we were ready. I had never been there and would have liked time to check out the WHOLE menu! Our server then came back not even another 5 min later & asked again if we were ready to order. My friend & I had not seen each other in awhile, so were involved in conversation. The server seemed annoyed so that's when we actually looked at the menu. Like I said, food was great, food came out quickly but this server actually admitted that she doesn't make money if she can't turn over tables quickly when my friend mentioned that she felt we were being rushed. It was before 9 am on a Wednesday!!! Nobody is beating down the doors to get in any restaurant. The server was a young girl, I think her name was Allie or something like that. Anyway, it would have been a much more pleasant experience if we had been treated like guests instead of cattle. This girl is young & needs to learn that the older generation puts time before money & she needs to learn some patience. Anyway...really good food! read more

Tried Syrup for the fist time with my wife while on vacation. Highly recommend, great food, service was exceptional and staff was very friendly! Top notch service from entering to leaving. If you're looking for a new breakfast spot - check this one out! You will not be disappointed. read more

I went here with my best friend and her 1 year old and they seated very quickly. Upon walking in you can tell it's a really nice and clean place. I ordered the crepes with Greek yogurt and fruit along with eggs and sausage and it was absolutely delicious! They were very accommodating for my friend's one year old and even rushed to help when her son dropped some fruit. I definitely recommend this place for a good breakfast and a nice time! read more

I have yet to be disappointed. Huge portion sizes and great flavor. My new favorite breakfast spot!

The food is pretty good. The prices are high. The prior restaurant had more variety, the food was better, the hours were longer and the prices were lower. One drawback is that most of the menu items are breakfast focused. If you do not want a breakfast-type meal then your options are limited. read more

My visit to Syrup in Aurora was a very disappointing experience to say the least. From the time I walked in until the time that I left. Very stuffy atmosphere. The employees that I encountered came across as rude, and snotty, as though we should be honored to be there. They appeared to be more worried about getting off work on time than servicing their customers. Food was good but the experience was awful and we won't be coming back. read more

Great gluten free options, service was great. Would definitely recommend if you are gluten free

Yum so good. Eat the bacon! It is the best around. Highly recommend. Go there any time.

If I have to pick between here and Buttermilk, i'd pick Buttermilk because it's easier to get to and they have Mimosa Flights. But Syrup has a very tasty waffle flight and love that they use potatoes that aren't from a frozen bag. I had the clucker skillet and shared the waffle flight. My daughter had the pumpkin pancakes which were really delicious. They also have two types of syrup that are both delicious. A little pricey but good portions and good food. read more
