This is the second time I have come here after a friend recommended them for their great price and quality work! The Korean boss doesn't talk much, but he knows his stuff and is very quick in his work. His staff is more talkative and is really friendly and helpful. I had a few questions regarding my car and he gave me great advice and always trying to help me save a few more dollars!

The sticker says 5 W 20 conventional. He put in synthetic without asking and tried to tell me 5 W 20 means synthetic and the sticker on the engine block calls for synthetic because all 5 W 20 oil is synthetic. Not true. It comes in full synthetic, conventional or synthetic/conventional blend. I told him I've been using conventional 5 W 20 over the life of this car. I know that 5 W 20 means oil viscosity is 5 at 0 degrees F and 20 at 212 degrees. I'm doing something right because not everyone gets 20 plus years and 200,000 plus miles out of a 4 cyl gas engine. He just says "No it isn't! Honda makes the car and recommends synthetic! Look on the engine block sticker!" The sticker says 5 W 20, but nothing snot synthetic. He lied to get an extra $30 out of me, but I won't be back because he lied. Pretty short-sighted of him. I might have become a return customer and I might have written a nice review. I just have a problem with liars.

BEWARE!!…read more my car died at the car wash and these guys were right next door, they told me my alternator is dead and that the battery harness needs to be changed. these guys charged me 1350 for a simple alternator change (WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED) then when I told him absolutely not that it's insane for that price, the guy "moe" or something, got super bummed out and said "you have to pay diagnostic fee -$250. I said "WHAT?!" This guy just checked it for probably 45ms and decided to still milk me after I told him no, then he calls me back 40m later saying he found a cheaper part for $900, embarrassing. My car died right there in the car wash when it happened so I felt like I had no choice. I just bite the bullet and paid him $200, plus a 10% fee for using card, very embarrassing. DO NOT GO HERE, THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF. Oh and I also got the car fixed by just cleaning my battery harness, no alternator changed needed.
