Thank you Meredith! Will definitely come back again :)

Lots of good music, friendly faces, nice decor. They also have new artwork up every month (I think it's every month) that is for sale by local artists. You should expect to pay for a high quality cut - it isn't cheap but it's pretty on par with other salons in Buffalo. You'll get a full head massage (also known as shampooing and conditioning..), something to drink if you want it, good conversation, etc. It makes getting a hair cut really enjoyable! They also have a referral program that gets you and your referral a discount, which I haven't had the opportunity to take advantage of yet. Finally, my hair cut was perfect! Chelsey always knows exactly what I mean when I say, "well, shorter but not too short, some parts shorter than others, I need different bangs but I don't know how..). Can't wait to come back!

It was easy to find parking and there are tons of neighboring businesses. The decor of the salon itself felt to homey. There were very comfortable couches to sit while waiting and the salon was well lit. I really loved my facials with Amanda. She is very caring and her services are not only done with high-quality products, but she really takes her time to do a quality job. I really like that she communicates directly with her clients with text and email to stay connected with her clients. I LOVED that she has her own schedule. Even though the facial was 60 min long, Amanda wants to make sure you feel comfortable before and after the facial. I can't wait to be back. I only come here for Amanda's facial services, but the hairstylists and nail technicians would always be busy when I am there. Highly recommend for all services!

She toned it so beautifully. It's the best it's looked in forever. She also cut my hair EXPERTLY. She made sure it was even and added a nice layer to break up the chunkiness at the bottom, a recommendation she made that I'm so happy with. I also learned that Affinity offers more than just perfect hair services--Botox, fillers, microneedling, nails, waxing. I'm in heaven. I want to move in to this place. I want to marry it.

Let me tell you, I'm obsessive about my hair and I really took time to carefully pick my stylist. After checking their website, I registered for a haircut with Lynzy. She was so so nice and welcoming. She took her time to explain everything from A-Z. I have thick, coarse and curly hair, which are hard to manage. But I left the salon with an amazing haircut and nice blow-out. I was under the impression that they use generous amount of products on your hair and the quality is top-notch ! The smell of those products are just divine. You can purchase most of the products inside. I purchased something by Lynzy's recommendation and can't wait to use it. Overall the ambiance of this place is amazing and definitely raised my mood. They also offer nail services, facials and they even do eyelash extensions. I already recommended this place to my friends and will be back myself too.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was in and out in just 45 minutes for both services. The makeup was not at all what I expected and, in my opinion, made me look like a complete clown. My hair was also completely flat and did not hold any style. The total cost was over $250, which made the experience even more disappointing. I attempted to contact someone on two separate occasions to discuss my concerns and my dissatisfaction with the services, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to the services provided and the complete lack of customer service have left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Walking in, you could tell a great deal of thought was put into the design and decor of the place. Julia had told me she designed and decorated the entire place herself (which even included the logo) which is quite impressive. She has a great eye for style and it shows in the welcoming, relaxing feel of her salon. The salon is also set in an old house, which makes it really cozy. Now onto the work that Julia does with her hair design. Today, I went in for cut and color. Before beginning, Julia made sure she had the exact idea of what I wanted from my visit down to every detail. She also spent a good amount of time going over my color choice for the day and making sure I was comfortable and excited about my new dye color. Julia is very knowledgeable about what colors and hair styles go well with your skin tone. She is very detailed oriented and she really wants to customers to love their hairstyle. While I was waiting for my dye to set, Julia offered me a cup of coffee or tea, whatever I wanted! This made the whole experience warm and relaxing. In the end, my new hairstyle and color was just what I wanted. I have already gotten so many complements on the color and cut! I highly suggest this salon to anyone that is looking for a breath of fresh air and a stylist with a great attention to detail and eye for style in a warm and relaxing environment!

Kerianne has a great personality and made sure I received the service I came in for and made sure I left happy! Her scalp scrub during my hair wash was phenomenal! At any other salon I've always felt like my hair barley gets washed, but not with Kerianne! She will leave your hair feeling refreshed before she even cuts it! I appreciate her not getting water all over my forehead or in my ears! I'm very particular with who cuts my hair. I don't let just anyone cut it! She gave me the perfect hair cut and exactly what I wanted! She even taught me how to braid the lower half of my hair for work. LOL Kerianne educated me on some concerns I had with my hair which I appreciated! I loved the products she used in my hair and it didn't look oily for 2 days! I ended up going back a couple days later to purchase the shampoo and conditioner and the texturing spray. I NEVER put product in my hair, but the texturing spray actually kept the light natural waves my hair has for days! The salon is nice inside! Kind of industrial but also quaint and kind of farm ish. I love it! Definitely check out Salon La Moda and ask for Kerianne!

I met the Di Lusso team at the Pearl Street Wedding Event in the spring, and they were so incredibly accommodating, helping me lock in my date with less than three months' notice. Because I live in a different time zone from where the wedding took place, communication could have been tricky, but they were exceptionally responsive, kind, and professional over email from day one. I trusted them completely. Jen was our stylist, and she was absolutely FANTASTIC. She has a wealth of experience, is a true professional, and she matched the fun vibe of our wedding party perfectly. My trial on Friday was a lifesaver--it eased every last bit of anxiety I had. On the morning of the wedding, it felt amazing to just relax and know Jenn had everything completely under control. She went above and beyond, listened to feedback, shared her brilliant expertise, and kept us perfectly on schedule. We truly cannot imagine the morning without her! She completed my hair and makeup, my maid of honor's makeup, two flower girls's hair and even was able to touch up a quick curl on another bridesmaid. All in three hours! My husband and I had the most incredible weekend of our lives, and looking and feeling confident played a massive part in that. If you are looking for a talented, reliable, and genuinely kind team for your big day, book Di Lusso Salon!
