Several plumbing…read morecompanies contacted me through Yelp, but Rodeo's response time was incredibly fast--within an hour of calling, which was especially lucky since it was 12/21, right before Christmas. The water flow from my kitchen sink faucet was weak and slow, and the sprayer head was barely dripping--definitely not strong enough to clean pots. I even had a brand-new replacement faucet ready to be installed. Plumber Cory removed the faucet head and discovered a clogged screen. He cleaned it, and like magic, the water pressure returned. Problem solved without needing a full replacement. Honest, efficient service at a more than reasonable price (no charge). I highly recommend Rodeo Plumbing & Drains.

My elderly mother who's going through kidney failure called me and said her water heater wasn't working. I looked up local companies because I like to support small businesses. I found rodeo plumbing. Corie was very responsive... at first. He came to the house, told my mother her water heater was out of warranty, she believed him. Corie advised the water heater needed to be replaced. Corie called his technician Keith, who was in town and could be here within a few hours with the new water heater. We paid the replacement cost and cost of the new water heater. Well, before Keith got here, I called the warranty company and they advised we had two years left on our warranty. I called Corie and advised of that before Keith got here. He said "great, we'll work on getting you reimbursed." When Keith was done installing, he wanted us to sign the invoice, we told him we wouldn't sign it until it said "pending reimbursement for warranty." He was very frustrated and annoyed with us, but he wrote it on the invoice. Well what do you know, they never emailed us that invoice. I've asked several times since this to contact Corie and he constantly says "I'm working on it." And nothing has been done, it has now been months. They've stolen from us and refuse to reimburse us. I will be taking this matter as far as I can take it. People who take advantage of the elderly should be held accountable to the highest degree. The heartlessness of this "company" is laughable. Stay far far away!

    Booked a water testing appointment at Lowe's and had Robert from Clean H2OPros come out today…read more Professional, no BS, transparent and very knowledgeable in contaminants and also the treatment options. Went though a number of science-backed evidence/reasons on why AZ water is still poor quality from the source - amazing that the State doesn't take water quality seriously - it really is an eye opener! Provided information on various treatment systems including discussion the potential locations for the system install. Regardless, better quality water in our house is a must and it was a decision I think we will not regret.

I was satisfied with the explanation but was very happy to meet Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have already scheduled some work to be performed and look forward to working with Clean H2O going forward. My original disappointment was more than overcome with good old fashion customer service. I had an appointment with Clean H2O Pros for Monday, July 28 at 8AM. Prior to my appointment I received reminders that my technician, Brandon, would be here at 8AM. I contacted H2O pros at 8:20am to confirm that Brandon had my phone number and address because he had not arrived yet. We purchased our home a couple weeks ago and the water filtration was already in the home installed by Clean H2O pros so naturally I called them first. I was needing maintenance on one RO system and wanted to discuss adding a second RO for our next Gen suite. The time is now 9am and I have cancelled my appointment but have yet to hear from Clean H2O pros telephonically only text.
