I had a leaking hose bib in the front of my house which was soldered. I tried to repair myself and caused a small hole in the pipe about 3 inches behind the hose bib. Two other plumbing companies, including the "big name" ones, all said they would not be capable of doing the work without tearing out the brick front of our 1926 home. Two other companies, said they simply didn't have the skill set to do the work...including the one my home warranty company sent. All charged me for their visits and all had a couple day lead time to see me. After almost a month of a leaking pipe, and lost money on companies that did nothing, I called Majesty Plumbing. Jeff came by the same day as I called, was professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. I knew it could be done, with a little extra effort. Majesty Plumbing's pricing was very competitive and came with incredible service!!! We have a several plumbing jobs in redoing/ updating our home and Jeff will be our "plumbing guy" for all future work! I would highly recommend Jeff at Majesty Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! read more

Extremely professional, honest, and the work area was immaculately cleaned when they were done. They even called the city on part of the job as the city will do it for free. Wow! read more

Majesty Plumbing has done several jobs for me in the past from unclogging drains to repairing faucets. Grateful for the work they do.

The owner Jeff himself came out to repair the water pressure regulator today. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He told me that he has been in business over 28 years+, which was reassuring. Old Republic Home Warranty sent him to my house. I have had a few different plumbers from there before and Jeff has been the best all around. read more

Excellent and prompt service. After trying the DYI style of replacing a kitchen sink faucet, I realized after several consultations with family and friends that it was going to take a professional to replace the faucet. Jeff came out the very next day, right on time and very soon I had running water again in my kitchen. It made my day. I would definitely recommend Jeff's services and will consider him for any future jobs I have. Thanks Jeff! read more

You just can't find customer service like this anymore. Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly. In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos. Not the time to have schedule a plumber. I found Majesty and read the reviews here. I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing. I really wanted to use someone local. I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade. I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night). Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem. I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff. More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week. Jeff and Majesty plumbing are exactly why I love supporting the local service industry. I will be recommending Majesty to everyone I know. Honest, caring and knowledgeable, not a combination you see much anymore. Thanks Jeff you are AWESOME! read more

I called to have a supply line under a sink replaced. Easy to make the appointment! Jeff actually called an was able to come earlier so we lucked out that way also. Jeff was very pleasant, efficient and got the job done with no issues We will definitely look to Majesty Plumbing if we have future needs. read more

I called Majesty Plumbing to come out to repair the leak on my incoming water line. Jeff came out and diagnosed the problem. After baling out the water that had accumulated in the in-ground housing for the water meter, he discovered that it was the result of a bad rubber gasket on the meter to water line connection. Since he had the knowledge, the part, the proper tools and experience, Jeff had the leak fixed in a short time. It's nice to find a trustworthy plumber, who knows his business. I highly recommend Majesty Plumbing for excellent work and fair/honest pricing. read more

I am happy to report that thanks to Jeff Lewis @ Majesty Plumbing I have resolved my plumbing issues. Another company that I can honestly say I enjoyed spending my money with. Reasons why I will use and recommend Majesty Plumbing: 1 They were $1036.96 cheaper than George Brazil for the same repairs. 2. Jeff is a nice guy 3. They showed up on time 4. They work efficiently and cleaned up. 5. They didn't charge me for a small needed part. 6. They didn't charge me 63.00 to come out and look at the repairs that I needed. 7. They gave me a 15% discount for first time customer. read more

I bought a water softener and called Jeff @ Majesty plumbing to install it. I told him that I would like it setup so I could bypass the water softener in the event that the water softener had a problem in the future. Jeff took the time to explain the best option and was upfront about the price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge that Jeff brought to the job. I would highly recommend Majesty plumbing to anybody that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified plumber. read more

SUPERB SERVICE!!! We just moved into a new house and the cold water was coming out pretty warm. Also, our washer was only washing with hot water as well. Jeff came out and worked his magic in no time. He even called a few days later just to check on everything. He's a true professional and just a great person. I have nothing but excellent things to say. Thanks, Majesty Plumbing!!! read more

Thats it? Only 3 reviews??? This is the company you WANT to deal with when you have plumbing issues! Jeff and his techs have been out to my house now 3 times and I will always request that my Home Warranty uses them and/or send them to my house. After another horrendous incident with another company of unprofessional fishyness, I called Jeff and he offered me solace until his tech is able to come out. The reason I found Jeff was because of Grace Plumbing....if their service wasnt so poor, I would never have found Majestic! read more

on time, precise and respectful and honest. I was very pleased with Jeff and his hard work.

I couldn't be happier with the service Jeff at Majesty provided. He was at my house within 10min of me calling! (He happened to be in my area at the time, so I wouldn't assume this is the norm, but I'm certainly not complaining.) Jeff was really nice, answered all of my questions, gave me some tips, and preformed the repair promptly. I'd definitely recommend Majesty Plumbing. read more

Called Jeff hoping he could come within a day or two. Imagine my surprise and delight when he agreed to come within the hour! I tried to tackle the broken shower handle on my own and got part-way through only to find the home depot replacement valve caused the shower to leak. I decided help was needed and Jeff was the right guy! He was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. New valve- no more leak! read more

I've never encountered such a trustworthy plumbing company before. I'm always concerned about being scammed, especially in a field I am completely oblivious of. Majesty Plumbing is professional, trustworthy, and considerate! I highly recommend! read more

Jeff came out yesterday to look at our bathroom sink where the pop-up drain trap assembly had become broken or unattached. He said it would require ordering a part. Despite being quoted $95 minimum for a service call, he charged us nothing and suggested we could fix it ourselves once the part came. read more

Recommend with no reservations. Jeff arrived on time to check out our garbage disposal which was leaking. He needed to replace it, had a comparable model on his truck and did the job with no muss or fuss. He was personable as well as efficient. It is great to have someone who knows what he is doing on the job. read more

I highly recommend Jeff and Majesty Plumbing based on the experiences I have had with him. He is professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable without being overly technical. He quickly assessed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost the first time I had him out. The second time he came out (issue unrelated to the first visit), he gave me some recommendations on fixing the issue myself. Most service providers would take the quick buck; Jeff's integrity is second to none and I know I am getting quality service and sound advice. Service like that is far too rare nowadays. If you have plumbing issues, call Majesty. Thanks Jeff, keep up the great work. read more

Called out due to a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom above. Came out quickly but then said that it wasn't a plumbing issue even while watching water actively pour from the ceiling. Left my husband standing there with a giant hole in the ceiling and water everywhere. Took our money and left without fixing the issue or even offering next steps (Other than to say that sometimes tubs just have water drain through them and we should get a new tub. What?!?). He did give us the name for our contractor friend to come and remodel our newly remodeled bathroom. Not helpful and I filed a complaint with our warranty company. I would not recommend them for repairs or anything related to plumbing. We were lucky enough to have Armer Corporation come out later that afternoon and they were delightful. They quickly realized that the tub drain hadn't been sealed properly and was leaking. It took no time at all to fix and they THEN checked the other drain to make sure that it didn't have the same issue. They explained the problem and took the time to fix it right. Thank goodness they were there when Jeff and Majesty Plumbing couldn't give us the time of day. read more

Jeff was awesome! Another company cancelled last minute but Jeff came out asap and helped me with my water heater which had a leak and electrical short. Quick with the quote and installed it in a timely fashion. Personable, professional and on time! Deducted the service call cost from the installation and I got a new customer discount. I absolutely recommend Majesty. read more

Jeff from Majesty replaced our water heater in November 2015 through our home warranty company. We were satisfied at the time. A few weeks ago here in May 2016 the same water heater leaks throughout our garage and into our master closet. Jeff comes back out to our home, looks at the water heater, and says that it is leaking but he can't do the work because he is busy but wanted to collect his $60 trip charge, yet he didn't do any work. He left the water heater in place and it subsequently leaked again after the water was turned off because there was still water in it. Taking a water heater down took another plumber less than 30 minutes. We hire another plumber to replace the water heater under manufacturer's warranty but Jeff has taken the tag off of the water heater for some reason. My insurance company still can't figure out why. In the end, Jeff is a nice guy but he did not help us with our leaky water heater that he installed and his apparent unwillingness to squeeze us into his schedule caused my wife and I to go out of pocket $800 to replace a water heater less than 6 months old. Take it for what it is worth but I would not go back to Majesty Plumbing LLC given this experience. read more

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research. I called to learn more about their offerings. Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called. When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call. I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call. My suggestion to Jeff is that when someone calls to learn more about your company and the products you offer, you might want to show some better customer service. read more

A few months ago they installed a water heater. The price was fair and he did a good job. I would recommend this business.

In an emergency situation and get voice mail saying "if this is an emergency press one". Obviously I did and it just repeats the message. Plumbing is not a 9 to 5 job! If you cant be available when a customer needs you, I wont ever become your customer. read more

My tenant called me at 3:45 pm to tell me that a valve under the kitchen sink came off and water was leaking all over the kitchen. By 4:15 pm, one of Majesty's technicians was at my house, assessed the situation, and called me back to discuss the repair. Olivia, their very professional and helpful dispatcher, made this the easiest home repair I've ever dealt with. Majesty will be my first call for any plumbing problems in the future. read more

Jeff with Majesty Plumbing has come to my home 2 times. Last year to replace my water heater and this month for the garbage disposer. Jeff is such a fine example of what customer service should be everywhere! He responded timely, called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time he told me. But most of all Jeff is professional, personable, kind and generous. I felt like a good friend had come to help me out in time of need. I most definitely, strongly recommend Jeff if you need plumbing work. Don't even bother looking anywhere else :) ! read more

I called Majesty Plumbing when I had an issue in one of my rental properties. Majesty worked with the tenants to gain entry, and had the issue resolved in a timely manner. This local company is the first I would call for any plumbing issue. read more

We have used Majesty plumbing twice through our home warranty company. The first visit was to replace a hot water heater that had shorted out due to a leak in the tank. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and stopped over 40 minutes later to confirm his suspicions. He thoroughly explained what was covered by the warranty (parts&labor) and that work outside of the scope the covered repair (determined by the home warranty company) , if necessary, would require an additional charge. He also explained how the home warranty company procured its parts and how that would impact the timing of the repair. Once the parts were in Jeff once again fit us in between his already scheduled appointments which he did not have to do. Jeff went out of his way help us get our hot water back. Five weeks later we had a water leak outside our house that appeared to be coming from the slab. The home warranty company again sent Majesty plumbing to fix the issue. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through his diagnosis. It turned our to be a sprinkler leak which the home warranty did not cover. Once again, Jeff fit us between his scheduled appointments which he didn't have to do. Jeff is a true professional providing excellent work with great service. I highly recommend Majesty Plumbing. read more

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT listen to Jeff Lewis when he says that you need a D&R (Disaster and Restoration) service before he can deal with a water leak. Consider his $95 do-nothing service charge a cheap lesson and call somebody else. The disaster will only begin when they walk through your door with their HEPA machines, fans, heaters, dehumidifiers and sledgehammers. The "D" also stands for demolition and they will destroy your kitchen for an outrageous sum of money before daring to charge you more than three times that amount to restore it. When I got the same recommendation from Jeff Lewis on another property --that he couldn't fix a leak until had the D&R company came in, I knew something wasn't right. read more

so the water heater started leaking yesterday, today it was a flood.. found Majesty due to the good reviews.. called, Jeff answered, got a quote, Jeff said he would be out between 12 and 2... at 12:01 he is backing into the driveway... replaced the water heater with a better model.. thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing... I will use him again when plumbing goes to, well, you know!!!! I definitely recommend him... read more

Second time I used this company and another great experience. Very professional friendly and good prices.

Came out to give me a quote and showed right away he was not that interested. Reading the other reviews about steep pricing, I'm glad he showed their true colors right away. Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be "quite steep." I caught myself trying to persuade him; I knew where the water came in and that is about three feet down, when I realized he already told me "no." Yes he was polite, but oh well. read more

Jeff from Majesty plumbing came out to fix what we thought was a garbage disposal issue. It turned out that it was much more complicated. Jeff took the time to explain everything. We thought that it would end up being a huge job to go into the concrete and jackhammer to get to a potentally cracked drain line. But, Jeff was persistent to figure out another solution before going to a more extreme measure. He was able to find another solution that worked and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. We will be using them from now on! Highly recommend Jeff. He showed integrity and was very knowledgeable and through! read more
