Hate to do this as it's my favorite store for all my sharpie and tagging needs …read more.... So I went in looking for graph paper, tall slender with a pony tail assisted me. When I indicated what I was looking for he took off several feet ahead of me, and couldn't figure out what he was saying. So I followed him to aisle 18 and said it's here and left. I didn't get any indication if it was at the end of begging of the aisle. So I basically had to look for it as he left. What's frustrating is that he could've taken a few seconds since he was in aisle 18 and shown me. If it's too much bother then don't offer to assist. The store was very slow so it's not like 5 people needed him. Again customer service is key to success for any company.

He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
