My first experience buying in for my printer. I encountered 2 people. One greeted me moments after I walked in-had my cartridges in hand. He took one looked asked if there was anything else I needed , asked if I wanted regular size or large. He returned within moments with my item. Checking out I told the man how helpful the first man had been. Then after just a moment or to of conversation told Hume he had great customer service skills as well. NEVER USE THEIR PRINTING SERVICES. I brought in a print job that I've done before on my home printer that takes approximately 10-15 minutes (but my printer was on the fritz today so I came in to Office Depot). They wasted 30 minutes trying to figure out how to use their own machines and then took another 30-45 minutes to actually print the stuff because instead of using the efficient method I offered up front, they did the exact opposite and made it take much longer than needed. A 10-year-old child would provide faster customer service. read more

I was in search of a specific office chair that was supposed to be in stock at this location, but the previous Office Depot sent me to the wrong store. The gentlemen here were still so nice in helping me get the chair I was looking for. They called the correct store and had them place the item on hold for me, which was there waiting when I arrived. Went in for printing services. Asked to print a document on 24x36 paper. Literally just typed words, black and white, and on paper. They had the file in three formats (Word doc, pdf, and jpg) Sat there for 45 minutes only to be told, "we can't print your document because we don't know how to make the printer work." read more

Hate to do this as it's my favorite store for all my sharpie and tagging needs ..... So I went in looking for graph paper, tall slender with a pony tail assisted me. When I indicated what I was looking for he took off several feet ahead of me, and couldn't figure out what he was saying. So I followed him to aisle 18 and said it's here and left. I didn't get any indication if it was at the end of begging of the aisle. So I basically had to look for it as he left. What's frustrating is that he could've taken a few seconds since he was in aisle 18 and shown me. If it's too much bother then don't offer to assist. The store was very slow so it's not like 5 people needed him. Again customer service is key to success for any company. read more

I was VERY disappointed with Office Depot!! (Customer services). They were NOT willing to make things RIGHT!! I placed an order for legal paper and submitted a return/exchange for the correct ledger paper. All started ok EXCEPT: when they picked up the legal paper they did not deliver the ledger paper. I checked and it said it was out for delivery. The problem was it was NEVER delivered!! (over 2 weeks!) We had to manually go get the paper ourselves (another purchase)!! I had to call and ask for delivery of paper....they said they would send the it ASAP with no cost. HOWEVER...they did not honor that....YEP, I GOT THE BILL and the HEADACHE for having to track the paper/verify FINALLY delivery/costs/talk to multiple customer services...and be on LOOOONNNNGGG hold calls to deal with this!! I will definitely look to other companies for our needs! read more

Love & Hate. That's how I feel about Office Depot. On one hand, they always have what you need. On the other hand, they have such douchey company policies that you have to wonder why they aren't 1 stars every where. I bought a printer. And I wanted to return it. They said it had to be the original store and original receipt. They turned a 2 minute transaction into a 2 day ordeal for me. Sort out of your return policies. Communicate them openly and honestly. The workers are slow and honestly just don't seem to be doing their jobs correctly or attentively. Most of them are not in the places that they should be and none of them are willing to give a helping hand! The place was not organized when I was there and the lines were "out the front door" so to speak. Everyone was kept waiting around and the workers are seriously just there hanging out and chatting with one another. read more

Worse customer service ever. Went to the print center for 2 jobs--binding and self printing station. Both printers offline. They did nothing to help remedy the offline printers. Just told me that it was offline. No kidding! read more

I have been using Office Depot for a couple years now for all of my printing needs. I go online upload everything that I want printed then pick it up in the store. It is a great deal and you get many options. Recently I have moved to Dallas and I have gone to a couple different locations and so far this is the best. They are quick and have always gotten it correct. Even when I request different colors and different types of paper. They are still remodeling right now so inside it is not as organize as some of the others but the staff and selection make up for that. They are also able to fix computers here. The tech guy is very knowledgeable. This location has definitely become my favorite in the area. read more

***Attention*** don't use this store if you want to save a bad day and a big headache. I had very bad experience on the printing services area. Principal problem was that they want to print my files at their own size, i told them my exact size that i was needing print my files, they said it couldn't be posible, WHY?? because they doesn't know how to setup the setting on the printer, and they want to do it they easy way. If you got attended by Laura run away from her, she is out of control all the time, she has no patience and of course she doesn't know what customer service means. When i called out the manager on duty Corey (thats the name this guy gave me, no last name) he act of behalf of the employee never on the customer side, it doesn't matter if they are wrong or they doesn't know how to do things....after argue for more than 30 minutes, i configured the printer by myself and i could print my files at the right size. but my experience did not finish at that time... they never gave me back my 128GB flash drive (it included very import information) today i went to ask for it, and guess what ? you are right ? they said they are not responsible for anything once we walk away from the store. I explain my self to the manager that Laura never gave me the flash drive , he said well then you lost it and is not our problem. Im very upset right now, i ask for a solution and the big response Corey the manager told me was...GO AND PUT YOUR COMPLAIN AT THE CORPORATE NUMBER. but i did and the same... they said im sorry you never going to get your flash drive back, we apologize and have a good day. Thats all that a big company can do for you when you have a problem in one of their stores. So please use another company if you looking for a good customer service or at least another store, now i understand why they have 2 start on service in yelp. I have big problems with the print department at this location. They are slow as Christmas, and only a couple employees know how to operate the equipment. If those couple employees are not there, you are screwed. - The color printer there prints everything a half inch off, all labels and full page pictures. This problem has been going on for about a year now. Staples (who now owns office depot) print department told me they just need to calibrate their printer, they said it was easy; unfortunately no one at office depot knows or cares how. Their attitude is "do you want them like this or not?". They just wasted a lot of my time and money on label pages I can't use. - Office Depot fix this and refund my money on labels pages I purchased and I will gladly change this review. read more

The customer service at this store is horrible. I called them at 8 am in the morning to make sure they did smart phone repair. The lady on the phone said yes but the tech doesn't come in until 10 am. I said thats fine but will it still be same day fix? She said yes, no problem. I brought it in a noon. I talked with the store manger, because the rest of the staff where to busy standing around to help me. He was friendly, informed me they didnt have a tech coming in until 3. So i asked if it would still be same day. He said ya no problem, they would call someone in to work on it and it would be ready no later then 5. I ask for 4 because thats when i get off. He said it should not be a problem it only takes them an hour or so. I said great, paid for it and left. I arrived at 4 pm. They hadn't called. I see the tech working on my phone. I ask what happened and he said they had problems getting it open....really? Can't get it open? Isnt that the first step in phone repair one-oh-one.? I will not be going back to this store again. read more
