I'll send him my print files by email as I'm rushing out the door to a meeting with a client, and he'll have them professionally printed and bound before I arrive 15 minutes later. Or he'll leave them outside for me to pick up after hours...so convenient. Once he even kept his office open after hours because I was late getting the files sent to him. You won't find service like that many places in the world. And the prices are great. I'm used to paying a lot for large scale prints, and would always format drawings to 11x17 to cut costs. But I realized it costs less to print everything on 36x48s with PTG than it does to print everything on 11x17s at Fedex Office et al. I ordered a shirt on March 28 and received it last Tuesday. My son's event is this Friday. I called…read morethem last week letting them know that they sent the incorrect color. After calling quite a few times, I finally got an answer that the shirt will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday of this week. I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. Because who knows if that shirt would have gotten there Thursday or not.
