I needed a work chair for my home office and they gave me not just a great, but a fantastic deal on a brand-new chair, from a major brand name. Spencer, the Manager (and co-owner) was extremely patient with me, and had me try a bunch of chairs and advised me on the plus/minus of each one, and helped me find one that was best-suited (ergonomically) for my very sensitive back. He knew I was ready to pay more and could have charged me way more, but did not - I had not expected to find such honesty, amazing customer service and, product selection in this day and age. Also, the vibe in their showroom of the staff was very welcoming and they were all very friendly and super-helpful.
