From day one, they have been responsive, prompt, really nice, and the work they do is phenomenal. They have taken down several dead trees on my property, they have done landscaping, and fall and spring cleanup for me, amongst other things that have come up. They do really thorough work and never leave a mess of any kind. I highly recommend them for any type of tree work and/or landscaping needs that you may have. I have been meaning to leave this review for months, but I keep forgetting to do it. The fees that they charge are absolutely fair and righteous for the excellent work that they do. And, the teams that have done my work are all really, really nice. I look forward to a long relationship with them moving forward! Kudos!

I am a small business owner. As such, I prefer to patron small business as to help bolster local…read moreeconomy and keep the momentum and pop shops going as they are few and far between nowadays. Unfortunately, most places that are owned by individuals tend to have to charge more to be able to make money on the product as they do not get bulk pricing. That being said, customer service should be where these places SHINE! And that is just not the case with Mike's appliance. There are 2 older gentleman that have extremely dry personalities to begin with. They are very "matter of fact" in tone. And don't really carry much for a sense of humor. That however is easily looked past as well. It is just an appliance store. The issue however arises when you have a misunderstanding and they do nothing to make things better. I had purchased 2 items to be delivered at a later date as the property that they were going into was not done with renovations at time of purchase. The eldest of the gentleman helped me with the purchase and had initially asked for just $100 down to hold them. I however decided to just pay in full as I wanted to be sure they were spoken for as one was scratch and dent. And I also just preferred to have it all said and done. I called yesterday to request the items now be delivered. Apparently and unbeknownst to me, they did not charge me for delivery. I assume that was due to the fact of the change from $100 down to paying in full. So this woman answers the phone. I explain I would like the items deliver now. After it took her several minutes to even find my purchase she gets back on the phone, and with an extremely snotty tone says I have to pick them up. To which I replied "well no I wanted them delivered". She then with even more distain in her voice says "well we charge for deliver and YOU didn't pay for that"...... I at that point stated I would call back and hung up. In later went into the store to return the purchase. And despite the fact of being aware of the Situation there was not offer of an apology, rather defense of the rude treatment I received. And an asserting of the fact that they charge for delivery. I have purchased over 20 appliances from this store over the last 3 years. I have never been offered any discount, any help on delivery charges which in my opinion should in fact be waived due to the volume of which I buy. But on top of that despite my continuing to go back when I can clearly get the same appliances for much less elsewhere you insult me and then don't even apologize? I will never return. They have permanently lost my business. Someone else can be treated like they don't matter in my place.

What a fortunate decision it was to make a quick u-turn to go back to Sollecito's. TLDR: Great selection, outstanding plant knowledge/experience, terrific customer experience. Choose this nursery not others nearby. Soon after parking Nancy approached to ask if we needed help finding anything. We were looking for relatively obscure plants which they didn't have however she suggested we all check in with someone else at the nursery (more on that in a moment). They did have beautiful varieties of butterfly bushes from which to choose. They were all healthy looking with many buds. Nancy explained maintenance and that included a cutting the plant (it's really a perennial , she explained) each April because the new growth will have the flowers each year. When we expressed concern that we may not be at the camp until May each year, she said that it would simply delay the new growth and therefore the initial blooms. Nancy scooped our selection up for us and we headed to the office to pay. Once there, Nancy asked Eric about those obscure plants. In particular, the Bloomerang Lilac that supposedly is hardy for our zone and blooms twice (spring and late summer). Eric said that they had stocked Bloomerang a previous year but the plants did not do well - didn't bloom twice and weren't hardy over the winter. Since we had read such positive reviews about it, we discussed for a bit and Eric had insightful perspectives including the possibility that the it could be worth another try. We paid for it he butterfly bush and to add to the wonderful experience we had already had, Nancy walked us back to the car, put plastic down on the floor and loaded the plant for us. What gems she, Eric, and Sollecito Nursery are! Thanks, we will be back and obviously will recommend you to others.
