In the old days of real retail, the store manager was on the floor meet greet and direct not here. Sadly I will take my money elsewhere.

Also, we recently called customer service because the brake handle broke off. After no response after several hours we contact the main office. We were told it would take several weeks before service we could get it serviced. When the Cazenovia NY location was locally owned we had excellent service.

In fact, they were a day late. *They kept my tractor for 7 weeks for routine annual service. *Once again=, they gave me a delivery date but would not give any estimate of a time. *Once again, they did not deliver it on the day promised. *When it was delivered, it was covered in snow. The driver told me that it had been left outside in a snowstorm. *They do NOT ever answer the phone. I called at least 20 times and never got a pick up. They will never see my lawn mower again!

Clearly seemed to be an electrical problem (loose wire,??). They couldn't send someone to take a quick look at it, so they had to bring it in. Two weeks later, still no word on the status of the tractor. Finally, I went and checked on it to find out it had been fixed two days previously. (Thanks for letting me know). By the way it was just a loose wire. Had to pay a landscaper to mow my lawn twice while making payments on a brand new tractor. Definitely will use another dealer who has a little more consideration for their customers.

Salesman sent me out into the yard to look at another larger tractor. He did not come out to explain that tractor. (Classic bait and switch) I had to wait to see the salesman to begin with, he then sent me out into the yard ,as noted above, and failed to show up. The salesman/dealership missed out on a definite sale. I won't be back.
