He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool!

We were told it would be in very quickly as it's their slow time of the year. Well...we finally got it finished this month! They had issues with getting on our roof ....having appropriate supplies....and then telling is that we had to pay extra for a riser to block a big space from the floor to the bottom of the insert. Our schedules are chaotic at home..but we tried to make sure someone could be here when they planned to come. However planning those appointments was like planning a world tour! We would call....leave a message.....and no one would return our calls.....I don't think we should have had to pay extra....but to be honest.....I just wanted to be DONE!!!! My advice......look elsewhere.

They opened it this year (2023) in May by the last week of June I noticed a leak from one of the pipes attached to the water heater. I called Riverside Pools and Spas and they sent a service person to repair it. I received a bill for $281.83! I was informed by the representative of Riverside Pools and Spas, when I called to question this charge, that because I contacted them so long after installation (2 months) that the $165.00 service charge was correct. Of course this would be the summer when because of the amount of grey and rainy days we did not use the pool as often and I did not notice the leak sooner. The service person indicated that the glue used to join the PVC pipe had failed, most likely because the heater had been turned on too soon after the pipes were joined, it would have been good to know this before it was turned on. What ever the case plumbing is not covered by a warranty. Lesson learned, we will be shopping for new pool service center, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone. If you do use them I encourage you to carefully check their work right after it is completed.

Our pool was installed incorrectly ... wavey walls, wall depth fluctuations , and the most egregious of all, we cannot stand on the bottom of the pool as the liner has shards of porland cement protruding upwards into the liner. Craig Pritchard (Owner of Picture Perfect Pools) even admitted the bottom of the pool was installed improperly, but blamed the cement company. Really?! Long story short, we are pursuing legal action against Picture Perfect pools as they have gone radio silent. Please! Do yourself a favor and avoid pain and headache by not using this company.

I was searching for a filter for a Jacuzzi spa which was oval with a round hole on top and oval hole on bottom of filter itself. I came with photos and measurements. The owner of this store told me that nothing like this existed (in the face of visual proof) and that I needed luck to find my "make believe" filters. He went on to yell out of the store front door as I was leaving, and in front of other customers, that I did not know what I was talking about, he has worked in this business for over 40 years and that I was "making up" the filter sought. Another store assisted me in my search and I purchased the filter sought. The Picture Perfect Pool and Spa store owner was mean, arrogant and I do not recommend due to his outward disrespect.

We were very impressed with their showroom. After looking around, we decided to have an in-home consultation. We met with Jake at our house about a month later, and we were very impressed. We bought a stove, liner, and installation from them. As it turned out, Jake was the owner. I spoke with him in private about how impressed I was with his company thus far, as I own a small construction company in the Berkshires. He was up front with us about the installation being sometime in January. 2026. The installers came on time, and everyone was kind and courteous. There was a part for the surround on backorder, so we had to wait a few more weeks for them to finish the installation. When they came a few weeks later, the installer was Carl Celella. This guy was fantastic. He knew his stuff. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his cleanliness. He showed me how to use the stove correctly and clean the glass properly. I want to thank you for being a company that we can count on. If you are in the market for a stove or anything masonry, I highly recommend this company. Our pool has only lasted 5 years because they didn't close it correctly, causing rust to eat a hole through the pool. They didn't try to make it right, they didn't want to hear anything about it. Never again. I wish I could give no stars because that's how bad they are. New pool company that we are working with said they have had to clean up a lot of their messes.
