Can you get parts cheaper somewhere else? Sure, you can get that cheap belt from Amazon or Napa at half the price but don't get upset if it doesn't fit right or breaks prematurely. Worst customer service especially from the owner. I went there with the serial number and model…read morenumber of my mower they said they had the belt in stock ok good. $ 172 later which also is a joke, I walked out to install it and finish a lawn that my mower broke on and the belt they gave me was for a smaller mower by this time they closed and I needed to get my mower working so I had to scramble to find another one which was the correct size with the same exact info I gave them. So I returned the next afternoon asking for a refund thinking no problem. I was told they will exchange for the right size now or I can have store credit then lastly I can get my money back but with a 20% restocking fee. Since none of this was my fault I believe my money back shouldn't be a issue but after talking to the owner which is a pos. I had to take the money back minus 20% which was just shy of $50. The employee made a honest mistake i get that but why does the customer have to pay for that not to mention i found the same exact belt for $72 at another store. So they over charge then rob you. I hope no one else goes there place has been falling apart for years. Wonder why

The gentleman at the store came right up and assisted me in looking through the extensive selection of hardware they have there. Excellent supplier for tools and construction!…read more I have purchased and had many tools serviced here over the years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping you to track down what you need. Another nice facet of what they offer is that they are an authorized repair shop for many major tool brands. While I will say that I have had to wait long periods of time for repairs, it has never been because they don't keep up, but rather that the supplier isn't always quick to respond to warranty work. I highly recommend them for sales and service. They are always on the top of my list when I have to buy a new tool.
