This includes everything from Farm Tractors and Equipment to lawn equipment and other items. In the last couple of years alone, we have spent in excess of $400,000 with Sydenstricker and Nobbe Partners. Recently, we purchased a new Unit from them and had an attachment we considered trading in. To Note the attachment was never used and stored inside. Retail on this item was over $8,500. We did not end up trading this small item in as the offer was low, which I could understand. So we posted it for sale ourselves. Easy to do with Facebook Marketplace. This was only to have an employee from this store reach out on Marketplace and make an offer to buy the item for 1/3 of the price I was asking, which was already 1/2 of the retail price. I kindly told him, "Sorry, no." He then continued replying, telling me why it was not worth anything, and I should change my mind. I finally just blocked him. Easy enough to do. Only to have him then file complaints with Facebook and get my account blocked. My Advice is be careful who you are dealing with, as some of these folks can be very evil people... P.S. I did reach out to management for this store and never received any reply. I also thought ahead and took screenshots of the conversation between the employee and me to verify that this is not someone posting with a grudge. I doubt S&N Partners will be getting any business from us in the future.

He is very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He even delivered the tractor to us personally . Two weeks after my purchase he called to make sure everything was OK and that I was not having any problems. My husband had his beautiful shiny red snow plow (that he kept covered in our attached garage for…read morethe ten years we've owned it), picked up by Brodner's to have the starter changed. We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. Finally, they said since it was summer, and they were doing so many lawn mowers that people needed right away, would we mind waiting? To be agreeable, my husband said sure. In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

Clearly seemed to be an electrical problem (loose wire,??). They couldn't send someone to take a quick look at it, so they had to bring it in. Two weeks later, still no word on the status of the tractor. Finally, I went and checked on it to find out it had been fixed two days previously. (Thanks for letting me know). By the way it was just a loose wire. Had to pay a landscaper to mow my lawn twice while making payments on a brand new tractor. Definitely will use another dealer who has a little more consideration for their customers.
