Their handling of customers in need of help, service or even just a question is unmatched and I am fairly certain that their repairmen can, well; repair just about anything if at all ever needed. Their staff and employees are well informed, diligent and proactive in their duties and make buying appliances an enjoyable one. They have a wide variety of products to choose from for all of your household needs and have the upmost ability to make a customer happy! During times like these with a pandemic still among us, they take health and the safety of others within the community very seriously. The employees of Morehouse Appliances you will see are always masked up, offering sanitizer and abiding by protocol to make your trips and shopping experiences outside of your home a stress free one. They are MY go to local family that I love and always enjoy doing business with because they're good at what they do and they know what they're talking about. It can't get any better than that as a consumer!

Matt, Carson and Shane delivered/installed the new range and could not do more to assure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. Very happy with their service. Unfortunately the new range requires a 50 amp breaker and 8 gauge wiring. Our old range was wired with 10 gauge and a 30 amp breaker. An electrician has been contacted to rewire. Recommend you check the appliance requirements BEFORE delivery and installation. Can't use new oven until electrician requires.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Got what I needed at a fair price. Highly recommend!read more

Don't let them say this is what we do for a living. They might but you wouldn't know it. I had a…read morefurnace installed big mistake. Air leaks in the bottom. They didn't change thermostat or check the settings on my old one to match with new furnace. Furnace would not run long enough to heat anything. All to do with thermostat that they said they were going to change. Didn't screw furnace down to floor. Didn't re insulate the pipe going through the ceiling. But check out photos of my roof. You think they might have at least used roof screws on the roof. Cost me $2000 to have fixed. Had to have there furnace removed and replaced. Putting together the small claim suit now. They did refund on the furnace but will not do anything to cover roof repairs.

Overall experience as always great. Heather was fantastic. Its hard to believe she has only been…read morethere for a month. I came in for a mattress, bed, and side table. Selection was great. Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. Otherwise Heather deserves 5 stars for her composure and personality. Loved her

From day one, they have been responsive, prompt, really nice, and the work they do is phenomenal. They have taken down several dead trees on my property, they have done landscaping, and fall and spring cleanup for me, amongst other things that have come up. They do really thorough work and never leave a mess of any kind. I highly recommend them for any type of tree work and/or landscaping needs that you may have. I have been meaning to leave this review for months, but I keep forgetting to do it. The fees that they charge are absolutely fair and righteous for the excellent work that they do. And, the teams that have done my work are all really, really nice. I look forward to a long relationship with them moving forward! Kudos!
