I had to drive to Lowes in Herkimer. I will go to Cooperstown next time. They are the same distance and would have helped me. I will not be back anytime soon.

Another nice facet of what they offer is that they are an authorized repair shop for many major tool brands. While I will say that I have had to wait long periods of time for repairs, it has never been because they don't keep up, but rather that the supplier isn't always quick to respond to warranty work. I highly recommend them for sales and service. They are always on the top of my list when I have to buy a new tool.
