Excellent supplier for tools and construction!…read more I have purchased and had many tools serviced here over the years. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in helping you to track down what you need. Another nice facet of what they offer is that they are an authorized repair shop for many major tool brands. While I will say that I have had to wait long periods of time for repairs, it has never been because they don't keep up, but rather that the supplier isn't always quick to respond to warranty work. I highly recommend them for sales and service. They are always on the top of my list when I have to buy a new tool.

My one true gripe about this place is that very few items have a price on them. Depending on who is working, the price may fluctuate. Even if you don't buy anything, it's an interesting trip down memory lane. The store itself is located inside an old jewelry store. In fact, you can still see the old store's name tiled into the concrete outside. They carry old furniture, lamps, dolls, records, paintings, games, etc. They seem to refresh their inventory rather frequently, so check it out more than once. Note: Store is now located few blocks over on Genesee Street.

We already knew about the quality of what NY Sash does and they totally proved it to us. The installation guys were both incredible. I had thought that part of the opening was funky and they took care of it the second they discovered it and did an amazing job repairing it. The procedure was perfect. The door is incredible. Way better that what we thought. The installer built a trim for the interior that is incredible. It made the whole job look showroom perfect. We are very impressed with the entire chain of events and will not hesitate to call them again. Remember, you get what you pay for.

They didn't change thermostat or check the settings on my old one to match with new furnace. Furnace would not run long enough to heat anything.
