Very strange uncomfortable (not to mention I was made to wait in the rain after being on time for my appointment and them being 20 mins late) interaction with the employee. He never handed me my item and continued to act very strange. I picked up my purchase and hightailed it out of there unlocked the door myself. Also during this time outside I watched them turn ppl away. Absolutely terrible business. I'll continue to go through midway USA and give them my business. Never again. Dad passed almost 20 years ago and this shotgun had been sitting in my camp, unloved and unused. There was a bad hitch in the rails so the pump action was anything but smooth and some type of feeding issue too. Tad was the gunsmith at Frank's who worked on the gun. He called me to review what I wanted before he started working which was appreciated. The gun was done on time and at a reasonable price.
