Appointments are really easy to get and they're flexible if you need to cancel. I like that they put Netflix on for you while you wait or are being worked on. It eases some anxiety over someone working in your mouth. I think they work with relatively new hygienists and assistants and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation between my assistant and the doctor yesterday while my teeth were being cleaned. It showed a real camaraderie between them and the excitement of the assistant with all she's learning. The doctor was a little behind but again, having something to watch kept me entertained. They're a great service and I'm glad it's not too far from home.

This was the worst experience for not one, but both of my daughters. Needless to say, my daughter was devastated and I was extremely upset. We went elsewhere to then get the braces out on again and now had to receive oral surgery under anesthesia to fix the problem. The second daughter has braces for 2 years and when removed, there was an obvious spade between 2 top teeth. We were told the retainer would close the space. CLEARLY, that didn't happen so my second daughter was also now back in braces. When a refund was requested for the $5200, it was flatly DENIED. Do NOT go to this dental office for anything.

Only took 7 months! Follow up with the doctor went well; more healing was needed before finalizing my treatment. I was then offered an appreciated discount on other products I was planning for to personalize my look. Couple of things to think about here. I went to a dentist before choosing Aspen; didn't go with him for one reason. He wanted to leave insurance out of the procedure and I would have spent 12,000 bucks. Total mom and pop type place. I think his mom was the actual dental assistant. Did I get a good deal going to the "chain" dental place? Yes and no; consider asking Aspen of they're doing an IT upgrade any time soon?

Do we not realize, these people are key to making kissing our lovers more palatable (bonus if you caught the play on words)? Considering I what I just wrote, I've pondered this dilemma many times. So in essence I'm more apt to cut some slack in these regards. Naturally I had an issue where my crown that I just got a year ago popped off. I called Ideal Dental as they're in network for me and they scheduled me within two days, which made me happy. Next all paperwork was done from my house which made the visit even quicker. Walking in the facility is clean and as welcoming as a dentist office can be. The staff is nice and everyone seems knowledgeable of their jobs. I was naive enough to believe they could just pop my crown back on however Ideal was very diplomatic and caring in letting me know the issues that they found with my tooth. The only qualms I had is I had to watch Golden Girls while they played in my mouth. Luckily they let me change the channel so I asked if they had the playboy channel, joking of course. They were extremely thorough with saving my tooth however the whole ordeal took 3 hours. While I'm not an expert in teeth I thought the appointment ran long and I left feeling like I got punched in the face by a midget in a "tapout" shirt. Overall, the process was detailed and their work which included numerous xrays remedied my situation. The price was disappointing however that was more due to my crown coming off and having to get another one as I was in Kansas City when I got the last one so the warranty didn't roll over. I believe you can have faith in this practice that they have your health in mind when taking care of you. While I hate going back, I trust them.

These people made it easy and comfortable for my kiddos. They are very attentive and sensitive to the fears and trepidation that comes with little ones going to the dentist. They quickly develop a plan and help you and your kids see it through. Dr. Saucier is knowledgeable, quick, and compassionate. Her attention and ability to adjust on the fly is impressive. The people at the front desk, from reception to appointments and payments are professional, friendly and courteous. Bar none. Every one of them has a great personality and are ready to help you with anything. This is difficult to find at a dentist office. At least the hygienist would be a grump, right? Wrong. They have multiple hygienists and all are delicate and very helpful with your children. If you care about your kids' dental health, and want a guilt-free place to bring them for their oral care, where they will care for your kids as much as you do, bring them to LSPD.
