The rooms are clean, well lit, and situated with modern equipment. They let you choose what Netflix movie to watch (careful to choose a laughter filled comedy with your mouthful). It was first appointment with this office, so it was extended, but the digital, full mouth scan was useful for ordering a night guard. No gooey mouth-mold for me! The hygienist, dental assistants, and even billing folks were all outgoing and friendly. The dentist was gregarious and thorough, and I feel that they really care. Our whole family is now going to this office.

Appointments are really easy to get and they're flexible if you need to cancel. I like that they put Netflix on for you while you wait or are being worked on. It eases some anxiety over someone working in your mouth. I think they work with relatively new hygienists and assistants and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation between my assistant and the doctor yesterday while my teeth were being cleaned. It showed a real camaraderie between them and the excitement of the assistant with all she's learning. The doctor was a little behind but again, having something to watch kept me entertained. They're a great service and I'm glad it's not too far from home.

The second daughter has braces for 2 years and when removed, there was an obvious spade between 2 top teeth. We were told the retainer would close the space. I went to a dentist before choosing Aspen; didn't go with him for one reason. He wanted to leave insurance out of the procedure and I would have spent 12,000 bucks. Total mom and pop type place. I got bone grafting after 2 back teeth were taken out and my jaw done looks crazy because I don't even think she did the bone grafting right. No one called after this big procedure. After both plans changed, they only billed the one and never billed the other because they did not take that form of Aetna dental coverage-only other types of Aetna. No one bothered to tell me until after they sent the bill. When I called, the biller had a very bad attitude with zero accountability for not bothering to tell people when insurance is verified, services may not be covered before an appointment.

These people made it easy and comfortable for my kiddos. They are very attentive and sensitive to the fears and trepidation that comes with little ones going to the dentist. They quickly develop a plan and help you and your kids see it through. Dr. Saucier is knowledgeable, quick, and compassionate. Her attention and ability to adjust on the fly is impressive. The people at the front desk, from reception to appointments and payments are professional, friendly and courteous. Bar none. Every one of them has a great personality and are ready to help you with anything. This is difficult to find at a dentist office. At least the hygienist would be a grump, right? Wrong. They have multiple hygienists and all are delicate and very helpful with your children. If you care about your kids' dental health, and want a guilt-free place to bring them for their oral care, where they will care for your kids as much as you do, bring them to LSPD.
