When I arrived, the receptionist was welcoming, warm and compassionate. The assistant was super professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way. She was compassionate and able to convey exactly what the options were and what to expect. Dr. Kaiser came and talked me thru exactly what he was doing to diagnose the issue and then what the options were as well as what he recommended. He is insanely skilled and his experience shines thru. While I would never recommend a root canal or damaged tooth to anyone, I would recommend that this be one of your first stops in getting it treated.

While at first the office staff seemed extremely kind and helpful, they somehow forgot to mention…read morethat this practice was out of network for me. They led me on to believe that they were in network and that perhaps the reason my consult wasn't covered was because I'd seen another dentist and maybe my insurance only covered one consult per year. I then saw a doctor who was very kind, informative and helpful and proceeded to schedule the procedure I needed done.... Keep in mind that I STILL haven't been informed that I am out of network. I received a call this morning to confirm my appointment for my procedure tomorrow morning and I proceeded to ask what my expected cost after insurance would be. I was informed of an INSANELY high amount considering I have insurance and when I questioned it, I was simply told that yes, this is my total after insurance. STILL NO ONE TELLING ME THEY DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. I call my insurance to verify and my insurance is finally the one to inform me that this practice is in fact out of network, thus the high price tag. When I call the practice to inform them of this and that I will not be proceeding due to being out of network, I was informed that no, no, no, I was most certainly told they were out of network and I must be mistaken. I promise you I am not one to mishear things when it comes to insurance or cost because I a) can't afford to do things out of network and b) why would I do something out of network when I have dental insurance??? Again I was told this was my mistake and they accepted no responsibility. If they take your insurance, I say go for it as the dentist himself is lovely but please, please, please make sure to verify things yourself because they aren't going to turn away your money or help you to figure out that they aren't in your network.

Appointments are really easy to get and they're flexible if you need to cancel. I like that they put Netflix on for you while you wait or are being worked on. It eases some anxiety over someone working in your mouth. I think they work with relatively new hygienists and assistants and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation between my assistant and the doctor yesterday while my teeth were being cleaned. It showed a real camaraderie between them and the excitement of the assistant with all she's learning. The doctor was a little behind but again, having something to watch kept me entertained. They're a great service and I'm glad it's not too far from home.

I went in for a root canal: first one of my life and dentistry have always been a very traumatic fear of mine due to callous, unforgiving dentists I had since childhood. My fear was so deathly, I refused to go to the dentist after I became an adult who struggled with suicidal depression from 17-24 and all I knew at the time was awful misery and dentists who didn't even think about my comfort. Having natural teeth and mouth issues such as a small jaw, having baby teeth still, I had braces for six years and other variables that are hereditary; the very thought of going to anyone who specializes in teeth still makes my throat tighten and stomach sink. But Dr. Stacy was everything I didn't expect in the most delightful way. I have never felt more at ease, comfortable in a medical office before. Even her associates were knowledgeable, very well mannered and just as confident. I have no pain after the root canal after only three days, her careful precision was a huge relief, I didn't feel uncomfortable during the procedure either---overall, it was cathartic for me and I highly recommend anyone who had extreme trauma from dentistry go to Dr. Stacy for her speciality. I was also out faster than I expected, I felt like I didn't get punched in the face after from the intense numbing which is the worst part! Root canal price was also very fair, they do accept insurance but they are considered no network. But you don't have to worry about that either cause they handle even that for you! They do accept care credit and you can apply there after treatment--if I ever have any root canals in the future, God forbid. I know where I'm going. Dr. Stacy, I so wish you were my dentist
