Dr Jeffrey Hom explained me all options after careful examination , and I was very impressed by his skills and patience , dealing with customer, who asked a lot of questions. Half of year later I was again in his office for root channel treatment to eliminate infection in another tooth. Dr Hom and his nurses , Amber and Rocio, made me feel during all procedure very comfortable and completely painless. Dr. Hom communicated to his nurses very polite, friendly and precise , and everybody in operating room felt very comfortable. After procedure I had a conversation with upfront secretaries Mary Lu, Cindy and Simona, who were dealing with payment, insurance claims and future appointments. My sincere gratitude to all members of this amazing team. Highly recommend this office for everybody with similar dental problems. Mark B.

Sure, I have raced Ironman, fought MMA, and routinely bit into Geno's Pizza Rolls straight outta the microwave without letting them cool off. I'm a self-proclaimed beast of a man. But this was different. This was a dreaded ROOT CANAL. The big bopper of dental pain. Drills. Drills galore - all medieval shapes and sizes. More drilling than West Texas and the Middle East combined. There were no puppy dogs & rainbows here folks. This was to be 2-3 hours of clutching the armrests and hoping I didn't scream like a little girl. Am I painting you a pretty picture here? Enter Dr. Roh. OK she seems nice. I scanned her CV - she trained at Columbia. Ivy League - that's impressive. Like Good Will Hunting impressive, right? Anyone's mom would agree that's a fantastic school. Well, I'll be honest between her expertise and the copious amounts of nitrous oxide, the entire procedure was a breeze. 2-3 hours of listening to Enya and this cowboy was drifting off daydreaming and doing interpretive dance in my head. Blissful. I didn't feel a thing. Yes, Dr. Roh has the hands of an angel. Would I recommend root canals? No. Absolutely not. BUT considering I dealt with constant pain and infections for 5 years, and this divine deity of dental Endodontics was able to cure me in a single sitting is miraculous. Call the Vatican. It's a miracle. Dr. Roh is THAT good. Kudos to the entire team at South Austin Microendodontics - y'all are simply amazing.

I'm glad she showed me her fragile ego that will allow me to go to a dentist who will understand my concerns and address them appropriately. Dr. French removed a tooth of mine that could have easily been saved had she been more diligent in her treatment. I had some concerns with her plans for an implant on the tooth pulled. I reached out to a few specialists who advised me against the plan Dr. French had. I called her to try and address the difference in the plan for treatment. She told me that I am not a good fit for her practice and that I should find a new dentist. Having a tooth pulled is not the most pleasant experience and it left me feeling defeated and just kind of sad, honestly. I hope Dr. French shows more compassion in the future for those who are feeling unsure and maybe even insecure about what they are going through. Teeth are a big deal. Dentists should know this and be empathetic towards how their patients are feeling. Again I want to thank Dr. French for dismissing me as her patient.

This is a copy/paste from my GOOGLE REVIEW:…read more As new clients, my partner and I were hopeful about the Dentist at Plum Creek in Kyle, but after multiple scheduling issues and cancellations, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. We originally booked our second cleaning appointments for February 2025 at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Closer to the date, we were informed the office had changed its hours and could no longer honor our evening times -- their latest appointment is now 5:00 p.m. This was already frustrating, as most working professionals need providers who offer after-hours care. I considered switching providers then but decided to give them another chance. We rescheduled and took time off work for appointments on 4/23/25 at 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. Taking time off of work means that we both had to request time from our bosses, and then take back those times and ask for different days -- something no boss appreciates, especially on short notice. Days before, my partner received a cancellation text saying the office would be closed entirely that day. I never received a cancellation notice for my 4:00 p.m. slot. I called on 4/14/25 and spoke with Geneva, who explained the dentist had a personal matter and the backup dentist was unavailable. I requested a call back, and Christina (the manager) returned my call -- she's always been kind and professional, and I know this situation wasn't her fault. Christina promptly emailed over our records at my request (she originally sent us our records back in February when I considered taking our business elsewhere but then wanted to give them another chance). Still, as new clients, this is our second cancellation -- and it's unacceptable. At this point, I have no confidence they'll keep any future appointments. We'll be going to another dentist in Kyle that offers more reliable and flexible hours. The Dentist at Plum Creek is a service business, and as such, client service matters. Communication, reliability, and accommodation are essential. Repeated cancellations and a lack of backup plans hurt patient trust and reflect poorly on business operations. My feedback to management: Consider reinstating evening hours to accommodate working professionals. Other providers in Kyle offer appointments as late as 7:00 p.m. If your main and backup dentists are both unavailable, a third option should be in place so patients don't get dropped last minute. For anyone experiencing similar issues, Christina manages the Kyle location and Ankita is a supervisor (email: manager@dentistatplumcreek.com). Before trusting the high reviews here, filter by lowest rating to see the full picture. If this has happened to us twice, I doubt we're alone, but most people don't leave reviews sadly. Time is money -- and reliability from a service provider is non-negotiable.

I was told I would have to make TWO appointments--one for an exam and then one for the procedure. I asked if I could schedule both for the same day, so I didn't have to take two days off of work. They said yes, they could schedule me for an extra-long appointment, but it meant I would have to schedule two weeks out. I waited two weeks with a chipped tooth and came in. You can probably guess what happened. They took ONE photo of my tooth and told me I had a "really hard decision to make" on whether or not to fix it and I should probably "sleep on it." When I said "No, I want my tooth fixed" they reluctantly admitted they just didn't have time to do it that day. What's more, they then admitted that they NEVER actually scheduled an "extra-long appointment" and that entire promise was just a lie. Also, the "exam" they did (taking one photo of my tooth) meant that I had met my insurance's exam quota for the year, so I wouldn't be able to come in to get a cleaning for the ENTIRE year of 2025 (it is barely May). I am an attorney. I believe this is textbook "bait and switch," potential DTPA violations, as well as potential insurance fraud, and I hope they have good representation. Because if they continue to operate like this, they're probably going to get sued. Oh and also? I went to another dentist to look at the past work Vue had done on my teeth and they said it was "very poorly done" and needed to be fixed. So...the quality doesn't seem to be there either. Look for other dentists in Kyle. There are a lot cropping up now that can probably figure out how to run an appointment system and won't just churn and burn your insurance.
