They did a terrible job and after their so called repairs my pool developed a large crack along the bottom of the pool. They said they would repair it that fall and then ended up bailing on me and left my pool empty and uncovered for the entire following winter (I had paid them for a safety cover which I didn't receive until the following winter). When they finally showed up again the following spring to fix the crack in the pool, my pool had developed more cracks along the sides of the pool due to their negligence of leaving the pool empty and uncovered all winter. The concrete edging around my pool that they replaced is coming off in chunks. Staples from the "repairs" are literally pushing out of the pool walls. Cruz came out to look at the pool and decided he wouldn't warranty any of the work and wanted to charge me an additional 20k to fix it. I have had 3 other pool contractors look at the work Happy Pools did on my pool and they were all honestly horrified at the state of my pool thanks to the shoddy workmanship of Cruz and his team.

While looking over at the other employees aimlessly surfing their phones at the desk for approval of his nasty attitude. Beyond RUDE and condescending. So we pulled out a credit card and still snickering, the guy asks us if we "need to split the payment into more than 1 credit card". Seriously??? This is how you treat customers buy a $$$$$ hot tub?! No wonder your store is empty!!! Had we not already had such a good experience with the original salesperson Rachel - we would have demanded our deposit back and walked out. Nasty, rude, no manners. Somebody better teach your employees how to treat customers!!! Believe me, I will be sharing this poor experience with everyone I know!

Recently moved into a new home with a pool and in just two months, Naperville Pools put in so many chemicals, we are currently in the process of draining our pool in order to fix it. 1. Scheduled to make two simple repairs on the pool - sealing hot tub and fixing leak on slide pump - neither repair worked. 2. Came for weekly chemical adjustments and wrote the same numbers on our paper every week and added so much chlorine and ph, it would make our pool cloudy for days. 3. Adding in the abundance of chemicals caused the CYA to become way too high. We tested the water at home and through Leslie pool and got off the charts numbers that were nowhere near what was being written on our report every week. The only way to remedy this problem is to drain your pool. 4. During one of the maintenance visits, the service worker changed the position of the pumps and water drained from the pool all afternoon. 5. Reported these problems to the manager. She showed no remorse, no knowledge of what was happening with our pool, and said their tests were accurate. Do not waste your money with a company with such poor service and such little knowledge of their product.

Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.
