    Terrible bought our pool last year had problems from the start after the winds our pool is destroyed. Beware poor customer service.

I recommend this so much because they keep it sparkling clean and whenever I need a new cover or a repair they come right out and take care of everything. What a relief to have a team to count on and they take the worry out of ownership by handling whatever we need. We are super grateful. We are very happy with all of the pricing for service.

    I purchased a home that had a hot tub installed by Hot Tub Tonys. The CalSpa brand has limited…read morelicensed service providers in the Chicago area so my support options were limited to them within a 30 mile radius of O'Hare airport. In the past 5 months I have had to have Hot Tub Tony's come to my property 3 times. On each of the occasions, emails and phone calls for support averaged over a week to get any response back. It took nearly 3 weeks to get a response of any kind regarding a blown heater during a recent cold spell. I've had issues with heaters, pumps and temperature regulation. No prices outside of a trip charge were communicated until after the technician left, including requests for warranty repairs that were not honored after I took possession of the property. I am still having issues with the spa and they company isn't standing by the work they have performed either at the original point of sale, or after new equipment was installed at my expense. I have tried to get support from Tony or ownership and told it wasn't necessary for him to follow up. The company can not keep up with the maintenance of the products they sell. The communication is the worst I have experienced with a small business, including using an AI answering service that is not intuitive and apparently goes to no one to answer all inbound service requests. I can't speak for the sales team, although those are the only people that answer the phone. Beyond that the follow up, quality of service, communication and price transparency are all missing the mark. I would recommend buying a product that has more service provider options (not CalSpa for Illinois) and a different company to service and maintain spas.

We spoke with Todd first and he was honest and knowledgeable throughout our selection process. He was never pushy, and we appreciated his honesty about which features would be good choices for us and which we could do without. Our project started in late fall and the crew worked incredibly hard to get the bulk of the work done before the winter. Even though the crew was rushing to beat the weather, we were amazed at their precision and the attention to detail they showed. Tom, the owner of the company, was onsite the whole time working hard and attending to many details like making sure that that the pool was completely level! Erich has exceeded our expectations regarding the opening of the pool, training us to take care of the pool, and making sure that our first pool season is problem free. We opted to use the landscape company that Signature recommended, Countywide Landscape, and we are very glad that we chose a landscape company that works so well with Signature. We highly recommend Signature Pools for a company with integrity and high standards of excellence. By the way, we chose the Ultimate 40 pool and absolutely love it!
