Food is good. Service is good. But prices are a bit ridiculous. $60 short ribs, only cause I had too much wine!

Someone certaintly happy with this pizza.

The place looks nice. Staff were friendly. Food are amazing! Ribeye was the best, burger was good, pizza was okay, but the shrimp appetizer wish it has more flavor to it. Love the outdoor setting too.

I had a great time here! I went on my birthday and made reservations in advance. Luckily, they allow dogs inside and even bring them water! My dogs had a great time. The space is lovely- thoughtfully decorated with tons of natural light and an expansive view. It feels like you're in a rich friend's living room. I got a wine flight and loved that they brought all the wines at once, along with a card bring the flavors in each. The wine was pretty good, there were a few I loved and a few that I didn't care for- pretty standard experience for a tasting! The atmosphere and the red blend will keep me coming back!

Came here with a bachelorette party. The interior is so beautiful and has lots of space to lounge and relax. It is a great place to catch up with friends. The entrées were quite expensive so we stuck with the truffle mac & cheese and flatbreads. Everything was very delicious and good size portions for sharing. We also got the wine flights, which were very reasonably priced for the amount that you got. Every wine that I tried was absolutely amazing! The service was great. We ended up at the bar drinking the most delicious espresso martinis ever by the end of the night! Pricey, but it's a unique experience so I would highly recommend!

While visiting Suncadia, we were looking for a solid option to experience a higher end of dining in the area of Suncadia - Cle Elum, and Swiftwater Cellars popped up an option that fulfills all of these checkboxes! We made a reservation at the front desk of the resort, and were luckily able to get a table on a Sunday around 7pm. Parking may be a be rough if the restaurant is busy, as there are few spots at the direct entrance to the restaurant. But there fortunately are more parking spaces if you go a bit more down the road on the left hand side facing the forest. The restaurant itself is hosted in a big and fancy cabin with a fireplace, and was bustling with other customers when we visited. If there are many patreons, service may be a slight drag, but you can always wave your server down when you are ready to order. We got the White Flight and Seasonal Fruit Flatbread, and I got the Chicken Piccata. Which I'll review down below: White Flight: For the White Flight, I would say the 2019 Zeyphr Ridge Chardonnay was my favorite as it had a good hint of honeydew and a subtle sweetness. The 2019 Propriety White was my least favorite as it had an unpleasant bite - I don't drink wine often, so these are just my personal opinions. Seasonal Fruit Flatbread ($22): A very interesting flavored flatbread! The flatbread was topped with peaches, goat cheese, and pine nuts. It was nice as you get the gaminess of the cheese, earthiness of the pine nuts, and a bit of acidity from the peaches. There also was a slight drizzle of honey and oliver oil over the bread too that was nice. Chicken Piccata ($34): This is a tasty entree - the chicken was tender, the lemon caper sauce was delicious, and the potatoes were soft and soaked up the chicken fat well. But one thing that I personally wasn't the biggest fan of, was that all entrees on the menu in terms of price started at $32! I do understand that this is a fine dining restaurant, but I have also been to fine dining establishments where you can get a 5 course meal for the price of just the porterhouse steak (which was $120). The Piccata was overall good, but I don't think it was worth $34 in my opinion. Overall, I would say that Swiftwater Cellars is a decent option if you are looking for a higher class food in the Cle Elum area. I think that though the food is good, price of the food and better service would bump this up more in my mind. I think it was novel to try of this restaurant when visiting Suncadia, but to each their own.

There aren't many finer dining options in the Cle Elum area, so by default it's one of the top, but I'm giving it five stars primarily for ambience. We've regularly come here for years and have always had an excellent experience. Whether it's with kiddos after a day of sledding or celebrating a friends birthday, we've always felt welcomed and comfortable. They have a wide selection of food for every palate and a lot of great seating options for you to sit back and enjoy. I always look forward to visiting Swiftwater cellars because I know we won't be disappointed, and if you haven't been you should definitely check it out.

This place and the view were beautiful, but the service and quality of the wine didn't really match that. It kind of felt like an upscale golf clubhouse, which I guess it kind of is, seeing as it is right next to the course. We went a bit out of our way to stop here so I was disappointed to find that it wasn't much of a tasting room, and the menu was quite limited and boring so it wasn't much of a restaurant either. At least the pours were generous.

    Burrata and broccolini

Came early on a Sunday morning and service was excellent! Started with the burrata and broccolini salad which was good but overshadowed by the main courses. The bread on the Philly cheesesteak was soft but not mushy, decent meat to bread ratio. The fish tacos were great. You can add a protein to the salad or not. Sat by the window and the view was great overlooking the golf course. Overall definitely recommend checking this restaurant out if you are staying in Suncadia.

Swiftwater cellars is a great place for wine tasting and food in suncadia! Staff are so nice and friendly. The restaurant is also dog friendly. Wine and food are decent. This is also the cutest wedding venue! We looked at booking it for our wedding but it didn't work out. Love coming here!

Is it restaurant dog friendly? Like if we sit outside?

I believe so! I've even seen some dogs in the lounge area.

    Is there a hotel nearby?

This is located inside Suncadia Resort property. The main lodge and several other buildings/inn rooms/ lodges are close by. The restaurant (building)is by itself on a golf course.

The wines are as solid as ever (big fan of their new releases), but the real standout was the guy pouring. Super friendly, chill, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. No pretense, just good wine and good convo. Bonus points for having food to snack on and beer options for the non-wine folks. It's got everything you need for a laid-back afternoon. This spot might just be my favorite Gård location. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

The tasting room is actually 2 large rooms with many seating options. We sat in the comfy chairs in the corner. Van approached us upon entering and served our tastings. He is very knowledgeable about their vineyards and wines, which is much appreciated. They don't have a set tasting flight, but rather "whatever is open" at the time. We had a wide variety from their Blanc Franc, which we loved, to a rich Cab Sauv. The bottle prices are wide ranged and well priced. They have a bites menu, but we didn't try any of the food. They have musicians play on some evenings. They produce whites, roses and reds so it's a great place for couples and groups who have varying preferences.
