    Siracha jalapeño burger. Delicious!
    Mark E.

Hidden on one of the side streets and opened just recently a Nice little burger sandwich place. I had the Siracha Jalapeño burger. Very tasty with the right amount of jalapeños. Fries were nice and crisp on the outside and soft inside. Prices were good and nice variety

Another great date night with my beautiful bride!!! The flat breads are by far the best thing we have had so far! We will definitely be back for more!!

Expanded breakfast menu. Try "Something a little different" the options are really good.

Spent the weekend in Roslyn, and tried the Hideaway for breakfast. I had the Phat B, a sandwich with chicken fried steak, bacon, onions, cheese and an egg comes with sausage gravy for dipping. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. I came in just after they opened on Saturday morning, so it wasn't busy yet, and the cook came out and asked how everything was, and really seemed sincere in making sure I was enjoying the food. It was good enough to come back Sunday morning and try the more traditional chicken fried steak breakfast, which was also really good, and enough food that I didn't need lunch. I chatted with the staff, (all of them friendly), and they said they've been updating the menu, adding some unconventional options, and listening to the customers about what works and what doesn't. In my opinion, they are definitely on the right track. It's not terribly fancy, but the exposed bricks, and homey feel makes it right at home in Roslyn.

The Hideaway is an awesome, family-friendly restaurant in Roslyn. Parents listen up: they have $5.00 kids meals, a regular menu for adults, and mom and dad can enjoy a beer or cocktail with watching the game. Super friendly staff and the menu is expanding. Check it out!

From the stunning views over the valley below, to the tasty cocktails, to the wonderful eats it was a great way to chillax on a lovely Saturday evening. Having had a not-great experience with wine (at a different venue) earlier in the day, we opted for cocktails here. My extra dirty martini with cheese-stuffed olives was phenomenal, and my friend enjoyed her old fashioned. We shared a roasted beet and burrata salad as an appy, then moved on to our main courses - I got the prime tenderloin and she got the cider glazed pork. We washed it all down with a couple of chocolate espresso martinis for dessert. My tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and accompanied by some sweet little roasted carrots and a lovely heap of mashed potatoes. My friend reported that her pork was more like a stew, and she really enjoyed it. What really put our experience here over the top was the absolutely amazing service we received, especially from our waiter, Trevor. He was friendly, funny, and helped us navigate the menu when we couldn't decide what to get. He also told us a little about the geological history of the area, which is built over an old coal mine. This place wasn't cheap, but for a fun night out of splurging, it was perfect!

They have a cool selection of books, and a lot of gift type things like tea, stuffed animals, bookmarks, art supplies, etc. I noticed the dinner menu and decided a cheeseburger sounded good. I ordered the Basecamp cheeseburger with bacon and a side salad. You can apparently order food upstairs and then sit upstairs or downstairs (or outside, I think). They have table service as well, after 4pm. Service was very friendly and patient. I decided to eat downstairs, and there was a cozy bar and large seating area. My burger soon arrived and it was delicious! A great toasted bun and a wonderfully substantial and beefy patty. The cheese was rich and gooey. Great, yummy combination of flavors. The salad was good too, with a nice ranch dressing on the side. A cool place that made me feel welcome and served up a great burger.

Even though there were multiple options we considered, we thought stopping at Cle Elum will give us enough gap before we stop for lunch later in the day. One of the top choices we had was Sunset Cafe. It's located in the main street with a lot of parking spots on the roadside. We walked into a typical diner place with some great ambiance and interiors. They do have multiple dining areas and we got ourselves a booth. The interior decorations speaks a lot about the local and Washington history. They do offer omelettes, classic break fast options + Sunset specials. Their offerings are family recipes passed down through generations. We started with coffee. Ordered Got Blues from the specials, Greek scramble a stack of pancakes. There were a very few customers at the time - so I decided to walk around and explore. They do sell pies, brownies, cinnamon rolls. And they are popular as well. I have seen many walking into get those. They do have a bar and lounge as well. The food arrived relatively quick. It was a scrumptious breakfast for us. Kids had a great time enjoying the sweet treats as well. Got Blues was on point - delicious! The best among our pick! Service was top! The staffs were very friendly. We were helped by Nancy that day. She loves to talk about their food and the pies. Lovely personality! We did pick up pies on our way out as well. The food was great; service was amazing. The server that got us was very friendly and nice. We ordered cocktails; a sparkling rose' for me and a jalapeño mojito for my husband. The jalapeño mojito was delicious. Just a tiny amount of heat and the jalapeño came through. I ordered a Caesar salad to start. Was topped with anchovies and was good and crisp. My husband ordered the halibut with green curry. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I got the pappardelle ragu because I was told it was fresh in-house made pasta. The sauce was good, but the noodles definitely didn't taste fresh or have in-house made texture. I wouldn't order it again. I was having fomo so we ordered the ribeye medallion crusted with potatoes and I wish we wouldn't have. It was the most bland dish I have had recently. I don't think the ribeye or the potatoes were seasoned. I get that it came on a sweet onion jam, but that was just sweet. There was no salt or pepper coming through at all on the meat or potatoes. I wish we would have sent it back. I am just not that person. Luckily with enough fresh ground pepper and salt at the table, it made edible. We told our server, she didn't seem to care. We decided we couldn't end on a bad note with the ribeye medallion, so we got the lemon tiramisu. I have never heard of lemon tiramisu. It was so good. I highly recommend. I saw the chop tomahawk come out of the kitchen multiple times and it looked amazing. Ambiance is great. There is an open kitchen so that can be loud. Be aware there are high top tables when you make reservations. Would definitely go back.

The broth was perfectly seasoned, clams were cooked just right and it had an elegant touch of pork belly, saffron and smoked sausage. Genuinely one of the best orders of clams I've ever tasted. We also ordered the Halibut with a curried coconut sauce and the fried rice cake. The halibut was cooked perfectly, the rice cake was AMAZING!! Perfectly fried and paired so well with the intense and rich flavor of the coconut curry broth. The halibut was seriously the star of the show, you can tell it is fresh by the quality of the meat. My boyfriend was very surprised at how the risotto was prepared. He added steak to his risotto which was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The texture and taste was spot on. Our server, Sharae was very pleasant and reccomended alot of amazing drinks to us as well. She took excellent care of us with having the balance Of professional yet fun/ outgoing personality. She was just the sweetest. We finished our meal with a mouthwatering LEMON tiramisu. Out of this world, Melts in your mouth!! Perfect absence of lemon, cream and the cake was rich and both delicate at the same time. 10/10 best restaurant in town. Will be back for breakfast. The owner Kim was so awesome, very fun to converse with. Her and Sharae made our experience very memorable. Thank you for taking great care of us!!

We noticed this Mexican Restaurant was open till 9p so we decided to eat here. It was a busy weekend night. This place had outside seating as well. We found 1 empty table right when you stepped in. Our server was amazing! My husband and I were going to split an entree. My husband's go-to is always an asada burrito. However, I asked for a suggestion. Our server recommended the Molcujete to split. Really it was the price of 2 entrees at $33 but was thinking that we needed to try something completely different and this was it. My daughter and mother split the enchiladas with rice and beans. The food took a long time however our server made sure we were kept in the loop, apologized and gave us more chips and salsa rather than ignore us. The molcujete was so different. In a pot with all the different meats, veggies and cheese along with tortillas. I liked it at a 4.5 out of 5. However, my husband didn't like it as much giving it a 4 out of 5. My daughter & mother loved the enchiladas giving it a 5 out of 5. The churro dessert was amazing. Carry cash because this place does charge a service fee for using a credit card. I think this place would have been more like a 4.5 star if they didn't do that. In the past, that was the cost of doing business was accepting credit cards to get more business but now instead of adjusting pricing on their food businesses is adding it.
