The food portions are huge!! My salad was awesome, I couldnt finish it all. The hummus plate looked awesome as well and is more than enough food for me. They have salads, wraps, sandwiches, chips, potatoes and soups!! They also have a 1/2 and 1/2 option for $10 They also have an assortment of cakes. Definitely would return. read more

This was my first time trying Sweet Peppers. I was going back and forth on getting a Rueben sandwich or trying their Italian sliders. I decided on the sliders and they did not disappoint. I like how they have a kiosk for self ordering if you don't want to go to the counter: I also got a cup of the crawfish bisque, it wasn't bad. The broth was delicious; however, it would have been nice to have more crawfish. We didn't have to wait for a long time for our food either. read more

I came here for lunch and used the kiosk to order. I had the Reuben panini with chips. It was good just not as warm as I prefer my sandwich. The staff were nice and brought the food quickly. They also did a good job with keeping the tables clean It's a good spot to grab a quick lunch with friends or family read more

Cute, clean, deli in Tupelo with a nice little patio. Order at counter and then they bring the food out to you. Enjoyed our meals, simple but well done read more

Food was as expected. We waited less than 10 min and service was good. Nothing that will blow you away but overall a great option for a healthier & clean lunch. read more

The service was great! Sorry.I forgot the manager's name. It was around 2 o'clock on a week day. The manager came to the table.I did not ask for her.She came and made things right. I really appreciated that so much. Shout out to Sweet Peppers in Tupelo, Mississippi with the greatest customer service I've ever experienced. 5 stars read more

This was the first time to ever eat at this establishment, anywhere. I was definitely not impressed. The food is mediocre at best. I had a Pick 2 with half a club sandwich and creamy chicken noodle. The soup tastes like it came from a can, which I'm sure it did...very little flavor. The service was less than average. The person at the counter could care less if I was helped or not. Cold and non-engaged. I guess I should have used the self-service kiosk. At least there would have been no expectation of a pleasant experience. I had heard good things about this location but I am very disappointed. Not a place I will suggest going when with friends. read more

The one star is for one simple reason. I love Sweet Peppers and the staff. I have tried three times in a row over a period of a month to order a loaded potato. Every time they have been out! I thought the first two times were just a weird coincidence but three times not so sure. They have been out so long I have found other good establishments with good loaded potatoes as well. read more

Sweet Peppers is my husband's favorite restaurant, and it's easy to see why! Their fresh salad, soups, potatoes, flatbreads, and sandwiches come in such a variety that it's easy to eat healthy or totally indulge depending on what you feel like! They make their dressings in house and they have some delicious desserts (the chocolate explosion cheesecake is my favorite). The tables are always clean and they have plenty of seating so it's easy to sit back and relax while waiting for your food. I highly recommend! read more

The chicken & sausage gumbo was amazing! This should be a regular menu item! The Reuben sandwiches are always good too. Will is a friendly and helpful server. Always has a smile. read more

Don't order the bake potatoes this is the second time I received an old potato . Why would you give someone this after they spent money at your restaurant. That why I hate to go order. Always get ripped off. read more

Sweet Peppers Deli - Loads potatoes - Delis Near Me - Tupelo, Mississippi

A hidden gem on the road to Memphis from Tampa! Delicious bread bowl chili and a fresh salad!

Food is usually good. Wouldn't recommend ordering via mobile because there is a decent chance you won't get exactly what you ordered. Eat in person that way you can ensure that you get the food you ordered. read more

We ordered DoorDash because my sister was in the hospital and we needed the food delivered. The food was cold, the tea was all unsweetened, we had no lemon, and there was hair in my sister's soup. To say we were upset is an understatement. She hadn't eaten in 2 days and wanted that soup. I have not been to pepper's in Tupelo in a long time because the food and service just isn't good anymore. Needless to say, I won't eat from there anytime soon either. read more

Everything was amazing! Brought my international friends in to try this place, and they loved it!! Highly Recommend this place to anyone. read more

I haven't been to Peppers in at least 10 years. I was back in town for a few days and wanted to check it out. Wow! They remodeled and it looks fantastic! We came here for lunch after the lunch crowd so no lines and plenty of tables to pick from. It's the kind of place you order at the counter and then find a table. A server will bring you your food. Some of the menu items are the same from what I can remember me it looked like they had some new ones. I ordered the Pick Two. Chicken Waldorf salad and the white bbq chicken sandwich. My SO got the Waldorf salad and the crawfish and my mom got the taco salad. Rod was our waiter. If you ever come here, I hope you are lucky enough to have Rod. He was nice, attentive, and very energetic. Everything you want in a waiter. The food came out pretty quick. The Waldorf salad was very good. The bbq sandwich was ok. The flavor just wasn't all that. That's the only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star. My SO and my mom both really enjoyed their food. My mom is the pickiest person I know and Rod was able to keep her happy. This place has always been good but they have really improved. Go check it out! read more

I use Peppers frequently for catering for clients and my orders are always ready on time and never missing anything. Modesty is great to work with and she will always make sure that everything is included in your order!! I never have to worry about my order. If you are looking for a great place for your high school or college child to work I would highly recommend Peppers! Our son has worked there for several years and it's like family to him. He has learned so many life skills working with people in a service industry that will carry him through life. The Peppers team is like family and your son or daughter will love coming to work there. read more

I wasn't expecting this place to be this nice. Tupelo is a very small town , but very nice , this place really surprised me. Very clean , very nice place , and great food. They have GF options, and great sweet tea . I got the chicken club and it was amazing. Everything is fresh and just like I ordered . My husband got the Cuban panini and he says it was amazing. The total was 22$ so the prices are good also. Can't go wrong here. read more

Great restaurant with classics and unique dishes. Better food than McAlister's and more reasonably priced than Newk's.

Great little restaurant. Similar to a McGalisters, but local in Tupelo, Ms. Very affordable. Most meals under $10.00. Very friendly and being from out of town, they were very patient and offered me suggestions based on my taste. Thank you. read more

Peppers is one of our go to places for lunch on Sunday. However, when we went today, I noticed that the portions are smaller. And as usual, I ordered a slice of cheesecake and carrot cake to go for dessert for my wife and I for later. However, I didn't receive a slice of cheesecake or Carrot cake. I received a sliver of each. I would expect this kind of service from chain restaurants. But, not from a local owned business. I would be happy to pay extra to receive what the normal is. But instead they want to charge the same price and give you less. I understand prices go up and that's perfectly acceptable. But it is unacceptable to receive less for the same amount. We will find somewhere else to dine on Sundays. read more

Excellent service and food! We will be back! Manager was very nice and came by the table to make sure that we didn't need anything.

I work for a ministry that has been in Tupelo since last Wednesday. My boss wasn't feeling well and we were on the hunt for a soothing soup. Passing by on our way to Walmart to get provisions for him. Our hotel didn't have microwaves so we needed something served hot. Going in, I was navigating a grumpy boss and the menu. Carlie was my point of contact and she was friendly and helpful. In fact, I was helped by Andrew, and I think her name is Susie, a very sweet and kind older lady. All three helped me get what I needed. I will say that the back of the house was not very concerned about fulfilling my order, Andrew kept having to asking for the individual things I paid for. There was a guy with a beard or long hair. Who just stood there on the line in the kitchen, and a woman who was stocking cups up above the pass through window. It seemed like my order was not their problem. That would be a problem. Good customer service is hard to come by. The food was great, and my boss seems 100% himself. I'm really enjoying the hummus right now as we head to Memphis. Andrew was courteous and kind to me, making sure I had everything I needed. If we're back in Tupelo again we'll definitely stop by. Your folks seemed to handle the pos system crashing all day pretty well. Thank you! read more

Ordered take out at work. I ordered the Cajon shrimp nachos. The shrimp had absolutely no seasoning, a big bag of chips and a tiny container of canned cheese. Waste of money. read more

I used to come here all the time and I forgot just how good it is. I had the plain baked potato with the garden salad while my daughter had the Cajun shrimp wrap with fruit, and I must say it was delicious. My daughter didn't know if she would like it but she loved it. Our waiter was Ashton who was absolutely wonderful. And don't forget to get a slice of cheesecake while you're there;) read more

Sweet Peppers Deli - The sandwich had two halves I was just hungry lol - Delis Near Me - Tupelo, Mississippi

Been eating here for years and it's always been great. First time since the remodel and the atmosphere is better than ever. Love the menu and always had friendly service at this location. I had the smoked cheddar melt which was great. Wife had the Cuban panini and a loaded potato which she said were "wonderful." Think Newks but bigger and better, not so modern/vegan/hipster crowd and similar to McAllister's but more vibrant and better menu in my opinion. Very roomy with several tables for 8-9 guests also several tables on two sides of the building. Slightly costly for my cheapness, but only a few bucks more than fast food at $23 for the wife and I (she ate value $8 and I did not $11). Would definitely recommend this chain and this location. read more

Stood at the pick up/to go window inside for a while, employees kept walking passed me, didn't get offer help, had to ask.

Service was great, chips and rotel was also good. What wasn't good was the bayou shrimp flatbread, barely anything on it, barely any cheese, it was more of a large cracker with a few shrimp and a little bit of pico. Sandwiches are always good, I was just really disappointed in the flatbread. read more

Thanks Peppers Tupelo! Cindy and her team were excellent tonight (and everytime we go). I love the new self serve kiosks for ordering, it definitely speeds things up. Cindy (manager) checked on us and served our meals and so did her upper management! Great place! read more

Great service and even better food! Traveling with The University of Mobile softball and joined the team as they stopped in for dinner! This was my second time here and I promise you this, I won't be back. First time was better than this time. This particular visit had the following: 1. All of the cashiers for some reason we're completely obsessed with making tea. Doesn't take 3-4 ppl to get involved when you have a line at 12:15. 2. Soup-crab bisque was salty and not that great 3. Sandwich was cold and took forever to make its way to my table 4. Sweet tea that took 3-4 ppl to make guess what...not that great. 5. Soup arrived incorrectly in bowl and not bread bowl --no biggie but when I waited a while for my food I was not that happy. 6. Best thing about visit that it was clean and soda I replaced with sweet tea put me back in my good graces read more

So I ordered dinner for 3 at peppers $40, 2 sandwiches and a salad. First of all the manager Cindy (much to be desired). She was so monotone and seemed to not really care. But any way. I ordered the Turkey Avocado expecting to get avocado on my sandwich only to be told "oh we don't serve Avocado anymore. Well take it off your online menu because how in the heck would I know you use a darn nasty AVOCADO SPREAD????? What the %^#^. Really?!???! OMG ITS AWFUL! Messed up the whole sandwich. But the kicker was 1) they didn't even take the time to complete the whole order. 2) why would you ask a customer, would you like for me to send you a gift card? Don't ask me that. It's a given. You should be saying apologizing profusely saying I'm going to replace that sandwich for you can I get your address? Cindy was the manager and she and her staff needs COACHING not just her young new staff( the excuse she gave me). I won't spend another buck there They are done. Terrible food! Don't order that Turkey Avocado sandwich cause there's not one slice of avocado on it!!! Won't be going back if I gotta pay for it! !! Cindy try going back to basic Customer Service 101. AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A PICKLE. PEPPERS CAN KICK ROCKS! I'm hungry and freaking pissed! read more
