We were sat right away around 11:30am! The hostess was super friendly. It was the perfect time to sit outside, and wasn't crowded. I got the avocado toast and my friend got the egg croissant sandwich and we got 2 coffees. We both thought everything tasted fresh especially the avocado!! It' came out to around $40. Will def be back!

This was such a cute place. Felt like I was in the set of Sweet Magnolias. It had a nice southern charm. We sat on the porch -one of 2 tables on the porch. Perfect amount of shade and nice breeze. I ordered the lemon drop latte: lemon, lavender and cold foam. It was delicious. I was worried about lemon with coffee and cream and I couldn't really taste it. The lavender was delicious! I loved the drink!! A+BLT had a ton of bacon and it was crispy! Enough to share if you wanted too. Garlic aioli was strong and not my favorite for the first meal of the day but that's me. It was yummy! Turkey club had plenty of turkey but the bacon on this sandwich was not as crispy and was a bit fatty. Perfect place for lunch in your way to Austin! Park and look at a few shops!

Just walk up to the umbrella stand in the garden and put your name on the list. I've been coming here every few weeks to sit outside at one of their shaded picnic tables and have a light lunch and read. Right now, I'm really into the Sweet Lemon house salad with the lemon vinaigrette and a scoop of their chicken salad. There are not many places I've found with a salad as good as this. It's fresh, crunchy, sweet, and tangy all at the same time. The chicken salad adds a smooth creaminess to balance out the flavors. As it's gotten warmer, I've started ordering the peach iced tea to go along with. There's always something good for dessert at Sweet Lemon and that includes the strawberry poke cake if you can get one before it's gone.

This is my second time here and it didn't disappoint! Fabulous food and the atmosphere is super peaceful. The staff were friendly from the welcome to the goodbye. Amelia was amazing, very friendly and attentive. She smiled the entire time she waited on us! Amelia if you see this post please know you ROCK!

This is obviously one of my favorite spots in Georgetown. Today was brunch with my girlfriends. Party of three. We got on the list at 10:30 a.m. and we're sat at 11:00 a.m indoors. Service was good as usual. Except our server wasn't as attentive as they usually are. And my friend ordered one soup and she received another one. When she asked the server about it he said they were out of the one she ordered so they just gave her that one instead. They never even asked her they just switched it out. I thought that was odd. Anywho, I ordered the turkey Swiss croissant with a side of fruit for the first time. It was on the Sunday brunch menu. It was a bit too greasy for me so I won't order it again. My fave menu item Is the chicken salad on a croissant with a house salad and lemon vinaigrette. I'll probably stick to that from now on.

Finally tried this cute restaurant for lunch! I enjoyed the grilled cheese & upgraded to house salad. That house salad may be in the top salads I've ever had. It's worth the $4 extra charge. Service was friendly & the place is adorable. I put us on the waitlist in advance & recommend doing that as this place is popular. Looking forward to visiting again and to indulging in a slice of pie.

This is a good place to stop by if you're looking for a light breakfast! I'm a breakfast sandwich girly and loved the menu options. I believe I got the cappuccino that's pictured, it was amazing. The staff is very kind and attentive. The decor is giving a cute tea party vibe and for some reason it just reminded me of Beauty and the Beast lol! I'll definitely be back.

When making brunch plans with my friend from Georgetown, she suggested Sweet Lemon, and I immediately agreed. It looked perfect! Sure enough, when I showed up, the place was extremely cute and busy. The business is run out of a quaint old house with a shaded lawn full of tables. Fortunately, I did not have as much trouble getting parking as I thought I might, on a Saturday while events were happening in town. We got on the wait list at about 1 pm and waited about half an hour for a table outside. The menu was full of classic foods like I like, and I eventually settled on half a turkey and brie sandwich and tomato soup. I especially love when restaurants offer half sandwich combos! However, when the food came out, it did not seem to be made with care. All the turkey was clumped on one side of the sandwich, and there was a small amount of brie and jam in the middle. The soup was thin and surprisingly spicy. My friend got cream of poblano soup which she said she enjoyed. I hadn't looked at prices, but when the check came, I was shocked that my little lunch was $16 or $17. I understand they use high quality ingredients, but for that kind of money I'd want my sandwich to be assembled intentionally so each bite was enjoyable! I wanted to try their baked goods, but I'd been having so many sweets lately I figured I should pace myself, and also not pay $5 for a cookie or more for a big dessert. Sweet Lemon is great in theory, but in order to be worth returning to, they need to prepare their food with more care.

We were declined for indoor service at 3:55pm for a party of 3 to grab a sandwich. Standing outside looking for another option they offered an indoor table to two ladies without reservation. We were told outdoor dining only because all their reservations... very odd. Drove over 30 minutes to eat but didn't want to sit in 100 degree heat.

Sweet Lemon Kitchen is located in Georgetown, TX, (outlying city near Austin, TX), is a quaint and cozy former home. It has a bed and breakfast, and a cottage like vibe. The overall building is rather small, but the space is all utilized. The bakery and coffee bar are downstairs and guests are seated both upstairs and downstairs along with outdoor picnic-like seating. The bakery's number one selling item is their cinnamon roll. Other dessert standouts include the cheesecake and key lime pie. Sweet Lemon Kitchen offers charming dining spaces and features bright yellow outdoor patio umbrellas. The hostess, wait staff and manager were all super welcoming and down to earth. I met a friend here for lunch at Sweet Lemon Kitchen and we had a big time dining and catching up. The menu features breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items that are thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. We ordered the Turkey sandwich on toasted Italian Bread and a Turkey Club Sandwich on a croissant. We upgraded to the Sweet Lemon House salad, which was very large. The sandwiches were both large as well...could be easily shared by two people. The Sweet Lemon salad dressing was lite and completely addicting. We also shared a cinnamon roll and both ordered lattes (Pumpkin Spice and Matcha). The Matcha latte was the standout. The cinnamon roll was totally next level. The only thing that would have made the cinnamon roll better would be to add pecans. Bella did a fantastic job given that this was her 3rd day working at Sweet Lemon Kitchen. She was friendly and accommodating. I am green belt business process improvement certified - both a blessing and a curse. The practice of having wait staff traverse wooden steps to access the bakery and coffee bar is not highly efficient. A small space should be carved out upstairs for some desserts and a coffee machine to serve guests quicker. In addition, we had an estimated 35-45 minute wait because we did not have reservations...reservations recommended. It was quite busy for a weekday lunch hour. Look forward to visiting again soon....

I cannot recommend this place enough! Just saw it on my apples map and thought I'd try it out. Georgetown is a cute town by Austin. It's a great place to walk around. I stopped by here to have breakfast and it was amazing. Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend sweet lemon kitchen. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everything is from scratch and you can tell. I did buy some kolaches to take home and eat and to share with my daughter and son-in-law. I wish I was down here longer so I could come back every day to eat here.

This one is hard to rate. Because of it being midday, they were out of many items. My selection was a half combo meal. 1/2 a grilled cheese and 1/2 a bowl of tomato soup. Not sure if other places have actually do combos with a half of a bowl of soup. Hmmm Tomato soup had good flavor, however, it was on the watery side. Nothing to rave about on the grilled cheese. Went to this location for someone who has a gluten allergy and they had no gluten bread. Due to the wait to be seated, we asked to placed a to go order and sat on one of their benches, much faster. Went to the hostess location since there were utensils there. however, upon requesting and we were takeout sitting at there picnic table. They would not give us utensils. We had to go in bldg and get plastic ones. Enjoyed the fresh lemonade. And sat under one of the benches to eat my meal. Great weather, great conversation, nice location. Definitely could've been better service assuming because we were a takeout, no one stopped to ask us if we needed anything. A server left a tray of dirty dishes next to us the entire time we sat there for two hours before a young man-waiter asked us if someone had left them there. He then took the tray of dirty dishes.

"Brunch so good I almost proposed to my mimosa" Walked into Sweet Lemon Kitchen feeling like a responsible adult on a weekend mission: brunch that wouldn't require a nap afterward. Spoiler: mission accomplished, but the nap still happened because everything was that delicious. Started with a classic mimosa and their white sangria - both were bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink. The white sangria had me convinced I could adult all day on fruit and good vibes (reality check: two sips in and I was already planning my next visit). The food? Oh man. The quiche of the house was fluffy, flavorful, and basically hugged me from the inside - paired perfectly with their house salad, which is loaded with fresh strawberries, candied pecans, and goat cheese that makes you feel fancy even in jeans. Then came the star: the croissant steak and egg sandwich. Buttery croissant + juicy steak + perfectly cooked egg = the kind of sandwich that makes you question every other breakfast decision you've ever made. I may have audibly moaned. No regrets. Huge shout-out to our amazing waitress, Grace! She was warm, funny, spot-on with recommendations, and made the whole experience feel like brunch with a friend who just happens to know exactly what you need. Grace, you're a gem - thank you for the great service! The vibe is cozy cottage-core perfection, and the whole place just feels like a hug from your coolest aunt who knows how to pour a drink. If you're anywhere near Georgetown, stop what you're doing and go. Tell them John sent you - or don't, because I want the table to myself next time. Highly recommend. 10/10, will brunch again (probably tomorrow). And if Grace is working, even better!
