Absolutely fantastic macarons that taste like heaven! When I get the chance to wow people, I pick up a dozen of these delicious macarons!! The Christmas edition has cute designs and yummy flavors. I absolutely love all the regular menu flavors too- my personal fave that they often sell out of is the crème brûlée!! Service is always warm and friendly! It's a cute place to hang out and have a coffee too, casual but fun.

Macarons are one of my favorite desserts on the planet, and this place really set the bar high. The cotton candy and pink starburst flavors are the best. Been here only about 8 times within the last 2 years, and since I only get to go during the summer, being that I don't live in Texas, I plan to snag some macarons as soon as I get back. The owner is also very nice. The ambiance is amazing as well.

There is a huge variety of macarons in the shop. The most I have ever seen thus far. I am a huge macaron fan, and always searching for the best macarons. There are some unique flavors, and the colors are attractive. I also got a great service at the store. I bought the crème brûlée, vanilla, nutella, earl grey, blueberry cheesecake, and raspberry lychee rose. I also ordered a fruity milkshake. The crème brûlée was the best out of the six I bought. The flavor was strong. The vanilla flavor was ok. The Nutella macaron tasted more of chocolate. There wasn't any earl grey taste in my earl grey macaron. It was the same for the blueberry cheesecake, and raspberry lychee rose macarons (there was only a tad of raspberry jam). The flavors weren't strong. However, the macaron shells had a nice crunch and chewiness. As for the milkshake, it was mainly sugar with no flavor. It may be due to the quality of ice cream they use.

Deelish! Run, don't walk for some excellent macarons. I wish New Orleans had a Sweet Intensity location, because it would be my new favorite macaron shop. I was visiting Katy for my nephew's high school graduation and decided to drop in for a visit. I usually buy macarons from a local shop called Sucre, which does a great job at preparing this finicky product. As you probably know, all macarons are not made equal. Frankly, Sucre and Sweet Intensity have softened the heart of this once macaron-hater. And believe me, the hate was real. Having tasted so many mediocre versions, I didn't know what people loved about these things. Well, if you get your hands on a great one, you just might become a believer, too. I dare say Sweet Intensity's macarons are even better than Sucre's. Not only do they have three times as many flavors, but they're bigger and thicker than Sucre macarons. By macaron standards, these are huge. I tried the s'mores, cookies and cream, and biscoff (cookie butter). They were so good, I ate them in one sitting. They all tasted like they're namesakes. I wanted more, but I'd go broke and I didn't need the additional calories. Sucre's presentation game is still superior. The quality of they're packaging, boxes and bags, are gift-worthy. If Sweet Intensity ever elevates they're presentation, watch out! But then they'd probably have to charge more. Macarons are expensive, and right now Sweet Intensity offers a good value. Unfortunately, I only took one sad picture. I gobbled down the other flavors without Yelp community consideration. Yes, it was all about me at that point.

I absolutely adore French macarons. I had quite the addiction for some time, but I have been to rehab and I was almost recovered. Mostly because it's been awhile since I found any that were truly remarkable, but I've fallen off the wagon in the sweetest way! I wanted a cheat meal treat, so I headed to my trusty Yelp and it didn't let me down. This little bakery is about a 15-20 minute ride from my house and it's so worth the drive (although I hear they're available on DoorDash and maybe other delivery apps as well). We were greeted immediately upon walking into the store and given time to peruse their offerings with no rush. Upon inquiring on popular items, my husband took their suggestion of the chocolate cupcake in a cup, which is a fantastic idea BTW, but I have a standard list of favorite macarons that I must try at every macaron establishment. Those are the rose, honey lavender, and usually the tiramisu or caramel if available. I chose the former three, and they were all delicious. Delicate, fresh, moist, the perfect texture, strong flavors, but not too sweet...I could go on, but you get the point. They are also very nicely sized. If you're a macaron fan, you must try these. We will be back for our next indulgence!

Hands down some of the best macarons I've ever had. The service was fast and super friendly. They carry a wide range of different flavors. I had a hard time picking out my macarons because all the flavors seem delicious. I would definitely come back for more macarons and to try their coffee and ice cream. If you're looking for a good spot for macarons in Katy, this is it.

I decided to go in person to see this place after ordering through doordash for so long, and I'm happy I did. It's a nice dessert spot with a cool setup. I got my usual, which was the macarons. The best flavors are fruity pebbles, vanilla, red velvet, banana pudding, raspberry, and French toast. The staff were pretty friendly as well!

The service was nice and the capuchino was very tasty. We also ordered six macarons but we ate the rest so have the tiramisu. The best macarond we every had, soft texture and creamy filling! Recommended 100%. The inside is also really nicely decorated.

So, I went to this place based on Yelp reviews, and it was great experience.. Pricewise its cheap .. its like $2.25 per macaron .. but if you end up buying 12 pcs, then its $25..you do the math. As for the flavours, most of my first order was great...BUT... THE THING is that not all the pieces were as fresh as others. You can tell when its a bit chewy and dense. So good. I'm not a huge macaron fan as I feel they all taste the same and nothing like their names flavors. This place has changed that for me - the macarons are delicious and are exactly what you expect them to be. I also got a chai latte which was the perfect amount of cinnamon-y and milk-y. There are not very many coffee/dessert shops in Katy that I can say have excellent service and food for a reasonable price. The owner, Wei, welcomed us in, even though the shop was closed, and offered to make my family crepes that were not even on the menu. This is my go-to place for macarons. I personally am not a fan of macarons (which is why this isn't 5 stars) but my family loves them. For special occasions I get a dozen assorted flavors and everyone is happy. The only flavor people didn't like was goat cheese and fig. Crème brûlée is a favorite. read more

These are the best macaroons I've ever had. Now, yes it's true I haven't had that many but these are great! The perfect slightly firm but soft pillowy texture. My kids and I love them. Really cute little shop and the owner was so sweet to describe the 20+ flavors in the case! We ended up with s'mores, lychee raspberry rose, Biscoff cookie, and pistachio. They were all fabulous and they're pretty reasonably priced for macarons; $9 and change for 4. The pistachio brought me back to my memories of the first macaron I ever had 15+ years ago which was well worth it!! They clearly love what they do, it shows in their product! read more

Note: I am not the one who enjoys dessert much, but wow - these Macarons - were 5 Star! Best was creme brûlée. I am definitely going back for more of these. Others in order of preference: raspberry lychee rose, goat cheese fig, pumpkin spice, guava. Reason for 4 star is due to the Lavender Latte - she made it fresh but wasn't hot & wasn't good. May be not my flavor. read more

The best macarons in town. I really dislike super sweet desserts and if you are like me, you will love this place. Don't get me wrong, the macarons are still sweet but not toothache sweet like some other places. They have a nice assortment of flavors to stimulate anyone's palate. Some flavors sell out fast so make sure to come early. Their milkshakes are also very good. read more

Best in-house macarons we've had in Houston! And the variety of flavors is amazing. Highly recommend this place if you're craving macarons or want to gift them. Flavors are very special. Other vendors make them too sweet or big to make up for the lack of flavor but this place has mastered the recipe. This is now one of our go-to places for sweets. read more

I got a random sweet tooth after dinner and stopped here. Walking in, the smell of fresh waffles & coffee already had me. Seeing their variety of colorful macaroons and rich chocolate cakes pulled me in more. They had a bigger selection of sweets than I thought! This chocolate mousse cake and peppermint mocha coffee is to die for! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone I know! read more

Updating my review... Sweet Intensity is still going strong since Covid. The shop is open, the variety of macrons has expanded (yum!!), and the service is still fantastic. Staff wear masks and use all-disposable serving materials. Tables are spaced appropriately and the music is relaxing. read more

If you love macarons, look no further! This place has some of the best macarons I have ever tried! There are a great variety of flavors to choose from, and I have yet to be disappointed. Some of my favorites have to be goat cheese and fig, rose, mango, and fruity pebbles. They have the perfect chewy texture to them. I hate old, crunchy macarons that some places sell. You can tell that these macarons are always fresh! The cream to cookie ratio is just perfect! The owner here is also incredibly sweet and truly cares about what her customers want! If you're in the area, make sure you grab a dozen or two! You won't be disappointed! read more

Received a medley of their macarons as a gift, and honestly they are such game changers. I've never been much of a macaron gal, but my oh my these have fixed that! The nutella macaron is seriously one of the tastiest things that I have eaten all year. Check them out! read more

Their macarons are soooo good! We got a dozen and some of our mentionable favorites were creme brûlée, chocolate raspberry (has a raspberry jam inside!), Nutella, biscoff butter cookie, and fruity pebbles. Their cappuccino and espresso shots were good too. Definitely worth stopping in for a treat. read more

These were the best Macarons I have ever had. Macarons are my favorite, so I have tried a lot. First, they are beautiful cookies. They have a great crunchy-on-the-outside-chewy-on-the-inside texture. Finally, they have intense flavors, which are amazing. Instead of a hint of churro or tiramisu, you get a full flavor profile unlike any other Macaron I have tasted. *the flavors I had were: black sesame seed, fruity pebbles, churro, tiramisu, lemon, red velvet, pistachio, vanilla, salted caramel, cookie butter, cookies and creme, and coconut. read more

This is a relatively new place I think it opened like right before Covid. The macaroons are so yummy! Definitely 5 star place. The owner literally makes them from scratch and you can tell the process is worth it! They also have really yummy lattes. The inside is super cute and cozy, perfect for pictures lol read more
