Came here the other day. I been wanting to go since it had some pretty good reviews and it was great. They specialize in chocolate. But also make some delicious good macaroons. They had in house ice cream they make themselves. Which k wanted to try but was in a hurry. If you are in the area stop on by! You won't regret it!

A friend set up a "chocolate making" class for us. We had a day full of fun activities, and Araya's class is what everyone is still talking about. I put "chocolate making" in quotes because really each "student" will be adding toppings of choice to 4 milk chocolate bars. And learning a lot of surprising (to us) facts about chocolate. And tasting some of Araya's handiwork (with wine bring if you so desire; we did). Maybe we're a bunch of nerds, but we were fascinated by our charismatic host's telling of (sometimes shocking) chocolate history. Araya's chocolates are rather tasty, so the pairings were easily a hit. It was fun to invent our own topping combos for the bars we "made". (All milk chocolate because darker chocolate is less forgiving to work with.) If you're a fan of certain toppings, you may wanna bring 'em in with you. If I take the class again, I'm gonna bring my own bacon... The folks running this shop are all so warm, friendly, and helpful. We had a blast in our class, then easily justified trading more cash for more of their artisanship. There are other storefronts in the Houston area, but this location includes the "lab" where classes are held.

This place has my all time favorite flavors of chocolate! They're so beautiful you don't want to eat them but then when you bite into them you can't stop LOL.

It was one of the most recommend and I had to give it a try. I ordered it same day for pick up after work and grabbed 2 chocolates. I was purchasing to surprise my family before our out of town trip to San Antonio during Fiesta Cinco de Mayo week. The chocolate was beyond my expectations. A good size bar with multiple area to break off a piece. It was so appealing to break the chocolate and see the contents. Highly addicting and wanted more each bite. Overall I enjoyed Dubai Chocolate for a masterpiece of a work. Though very good, one thing to note is the location. This will be a pick up in the Katy area at a residence. The lady who owns the business and makes the chocolate is very nice and friendly. The price is a decent price per chocolate bar. I would highly recommend it and if the driving does not bother, a more of a reason to try a new one. Can't wait to place another order again.

It's a cutsey shop with an IG photo wall op, nicely decorated. A cafe with good amount of items both hot and cold. Service- was 5 stars. The owners are a husband/wife duo, awe. One of the owner, Wei (sp) rang me up, and helped me with any questions I had while ordering at the counter. She never rushed me or appeared annoyed as I asked multi questions. She gave service with a smile, which I love. Another staff member checked on us frequently throughout our stay, which I appreciated. Drink- I was torn between many options. There speciality menu had alot of cool things. I prefer hot drinks over cold. I asked Wei for a determination between Rose Latte and the Lavender Latte, she said if I wanted more floral to go with Rose. I haven't seen Rose Latte on a menu before, so I decided to go with that. She said the drink comes with 2 to 3 pumps of syrup. I wanted light sugar content, so I went with 1 pump. And perhaps that was the downfall of my own making. I didn't taste any Rose, but it was fine regular Latte. Food - I ordered the turkey, pesto & cheese croissant. And it was yummy. Would recommend. I would give this place another go if in the area. I liked the owners hospitality.

I got the chopped brisket sandwich as I have heard it was THE thing to get here and it was pretty good. Good flavor and a good portion size for a good price. I also appreciate how there is a lot of fruit and meat/cheese snacks to grab in addition to the more classic jerky and nuts traditionally found at gas stations. Plus the gas is the cheat around! The fudge I tried was definitely hurt-your-teeth sweet, but fun to try nonetheless. The merchandise section is full of their branded merch, which is a fun gift for friends! The home goods is also pretty well stocked, and the regular gas station drink/candy/snack section is very well organized and has a TON of options. Also, what they say is true....the bathrooms are impressively clean! Best road trip pit stop we've had. Every single gas pump was taken; we had to park the car pretty far out in the lot. And inside was full of people. But wow! What an experience. I had seen videos of Buc-ee's but nothing can prepare you for being there in person. It is huge! And there is literally anything you could ever dream of. From houseware, to decor, to clothing, to camping supplies, to pool noodles, to grills, to animal toys, travel items, to literal cow hides! I was walking around just shocked. And then you get to the food area. Tons of flavors of beef jerky, candy, and popcorn. It goes on and on. It is definitely an experience. We left with a few items and no food since we had just eaten, but a time was had! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful. You could spend a ton of time in there and still miss something. So glad I got to finally experience a Buc-ee's!

Today I went in and got the sea salt coffee, figured I'll give their drinks a try and plus they were having a deal. Bad decision. It was probably the blandest coffee I've had to date. I'm not even a huge coffee drinker so I'm not someone that's picky and particular with how their coffee is done. So for someone that doesn't care too much about coffee, dang it was a letdown. It had no salty flavor despite the name. Katy Asian Town is always busy, and it gets even more hectic on the weekends. There was a bunch of staff in the back and restocking all the breads around the store but only one person ringing up at the register. And I'm going to assume that one person was calling for technical support or something because he was on the phone while pressing buttons on the tablet. Or he could he be taking a phone order, who knows. The point is the other workers should have seen that he isn't ringing up anyone and the line is continously growing longer and longer. Management needs to work on having an adequate amount of staff or have rules implemented to help fill in other positions when needed.
