HMMMMM.... wait, that doesn't make much sense. Let me get this straight, if the product is defective and broke on first use, how would it ever be resellable? BUuuuuuut if I did have a receipt, suddenly the broken leash is acceptable for exchange? The logic just didn't add up. Miah then insisted on stressing "store policy" and that she could lose her job for making an exception. But isn't store policy to satisfy your customers and provide them with an experience that makes them want to return. That's hard to believe that taking care of a customer over a clearly defective $20 item would be a fireable offense. Come on guys, where is the use of basic common sense. The most disappointing is that I've been a loyal Buc-ee's customer. Every year before visiting family overseas, we spend $100's of dollars on Buc-ee's merchandise, snacks, and gifts to take with us. It's been a tradition, one that ended today. Completely shocked that a company valued at over $2 Billion would choose to stand firm over a $20 defective leash. With that said, 85C bakery here in Katy, Texas, where a lot of happiness is these days, is the place to be where you want to have snacks at your convenience. Main issue is that when we choose Iced tea or other Iced drinks, there is too much ice cubes. When asked for NO Ice the employees say that it is NOT possible, and reduced ICE then they serve the drink lowering the level of the drink because it is the Manager's Owners Instructions. We do not like it, as the people go there for teas or drinks and NOT TO BUY ICE. Speaking with the Manager, not nice at all. Service needs to improve a lot
