The owner was there and while initially I thought the service was a bit slow, the owner was the one that really turned our experience around. The food definitely was already giving five star vibes! Located about ten minutes north of Carrollton Korea town, nestled in a smaller plaza, is this amazing Korean fried chicken! Normally, I am not the biggest fan of the saucy marinated chicken but I tried the sweet Korean and the honey garlic and both were amazing! Crispy and crunchy on the outside, moist chicken on the inside and came out piping fresh! We also ordered their original boneless with a refreshing green onion salad that compliments the boneless chicken so well!!! All washed down with an ice cold TERRA! We also ordered Seoddok seoddok Which is a crispy chewy rice cake and Korean sausage on a stick drizzled with a sweet and spicy sticky sauce! 10/10 as well. Whether you're visiting or a local, this place is a MUST TRY! There is a common practice in Korean culture in their restaurants and retail Shops that's called "service," which basically equates to "on the house" in American culture. The owner gave us two types of shaved ice on the house and it was the perfect and refreshing dessert to end and round our whole experience!!! PSA: first you pick the type chicken - boneless, wings, or the whole chicken cut into pieces. Then, you pick your batter: golden crispy batter, fried batter, or yorienn batter. I recommend the classic KFC style FRIED BATTER! Lastly, pick your sauce! I still dream of this chicken place and it's only been a week since we tried it. I already want to go back and my mouth literally drools thinking about it!
