My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. The owner of the company never contacted us. We finally contacted her to find out about insurance - only to find out that she did not have coverage on this particular sitter. This company should not be able to operate without being properly insured. We've spent thousands of dollars trying to locate our dog and still have not found him. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.
