I'm not sure how they create the perfect cookie but I'm guessing it's with the perfect combination of brown butter and vanilla. There is this delightful flavor depth that transcends this cookie to the next level and is a must get. I love how they have unique items to try and are always changing it up. Sometimes the muffin or cupcake base can be dry but not always and I'd still come back to try more. I'm glad to have found this wonderful spot.
