We stopped in and they were all so wonderful. We bought way more than I originally intended and Chelsea's suggestion made our patriotic dad balloon a flying success! Plus Chelsea even helped Liam blow up his spiderman bop it. Liam loved it so much he gave her the biggest hug ever. We had a blast and my hubster loved his balloons. They also helped us last week with Liam's graduation balloons. I ordered online and the stock wasn't updated properly. They texted me other options. I never heard of a store doing that. They totally saved the day and again I added another dinosaur bouquet to our preschool kindergarten one! Thanks Party City! We will be lifelong customers!

This was second time attending the Sugar Factory at Bally's in Dover. But I decided to give the Sugar Factory a second chance with two friends. This time I was happy to see the many new added menu items. My eyes immediately went to the pastrami sandwich with seasoned fries. We had such good service from start to finish. Our waitress Sevinc was very attentive to our needs and checked on us often. Our food arrived to the table hot and delicious. It was the real deal in pastrami not that processed meat. It was really good quality meat. I was extremely please with my meal. The manager came out to our table to greet us and thank us for coming to the Sugar Factory. He even personally brought out the forgotten pickles with our meal. Real nice touch on his part. I can tell he's a type of manager not afraid to roll up his sleeves and jump in where needed. Kudos to manager Outten on that. I had the skillet brownie Sundae for dessert. It was so delicious. I just was so stuffed I couldn't finish all. My eyes was bigger than my stomach at the time. I had such a terrific Thursday at the Sugar Factory I couldn't stop cheesing all night. I was so happy that I gave the Sugar Factory a second chance. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu. I highly recommend going to the Sugar Factory for night of dining and fun. My girlfriends and I used to go to the San Diego and Las Vegas locations for brunch all the time back in the day.
